Comfortable new and modern attached house in the countryside 25 minutes from downtown Cuenca. Completely safe with all the comedy. Ideal for this quarantine and enjoying wide green spaces. We have soccer and volleyball courts, a playground for children, friendly pets and children's games. It has to be reached by its own vehicle by second-rate routes in good condition. 5 min from the house there are shops where you will find basic necessities and the Monay Shoping is 15 min away.

Hacienda Chan Chan is nestled in the mountains high above Cuenca. The TreeHouse is even higher up, possibly the world's highest (elevation) tree house. It is remote and secluded, the ideal get away for adventurous travelers. We now offer guests a ride up to the treehouse on horseback when they arrive (or car). Guests will need to coordinate with us to arrange a time. Check in needs to be before 5h30 pm. It is difficult to get to the treehouse after it is dark.

I had a very nice stay. I went for a medical appointment and really needed a quiet space to rest, and this place exceeded my expectations. Andres and his associate Jose' were very responsive and accommodating. the place is beautiful and loved the views from the terrace. location easy access to the historic district of Cuenca close to everything. had private parking in a secure garage which was a nice benefit.
