Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

I am Andriana, half Swiss, half Greek and I am your host. Located right in the heart of Patras, this beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse apartment, sits inside a pre-war building which belonged to my Greek grandfather. The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Whilst only steps away from all the shops, restaurants and bars the apartment remains a quiet space.

Enjoy the relaxation this cool room offers. It is an elevated semi-basement of 35sq.m. Specifically, to enter the apartment you have to go down 4 steps. Have fun in the shared lobby playing ping pong or retro games on the console. Choose a book from the library to spend hours relaxing. The shallow bay of Hiliadou, 600m from the house, is ideal for safe swimming. You have rich choices for coffee, ouzo and food and they are very close!

The apartment has a king size bed and a double bed, so it can accommodate 2 couples or a family, plus it has a very large sofa on which one more person can sleep comfortably!!!!Unique view in front of the sea, but also with the enchanting castle in the background!!Just a short walk from the cafes and restaurants of Gribovo beach. It has free parking, quiet, ideal for relaxation!
