This was my second time at this accommodation and I would definitely come back every time I visit the city. The apartment was impeccable, very clean and had all the elements described in the profile. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a nice welcome note written by the host, which made the beginning of our stay very special. The host was always very attentive, responded quickly to our inquiries and had gestures that make a difference, such as leaving extra blankets and pillows. Even the natural plants come with care recommendations, which gives a very cozy and homey feel to the place. The view from the apartment is spectacular: you can see the whole city and enjoy colorful sunsets. The location is excellent, very central, close to supermarkets, the municipal market and restaurants. In addition, the area is quiet and safe. The apartment is warm, comfortable and has an excellent internet connection. You can really tell the difference

Matías was very helpful and always responded quickly to all messages. He made great recommendations and was always concerned about our stay. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Large, spacious. Next to the ski slope and easy to access. Parking at the building's door. And the doormen are also very helpful, especially Mr. Victor, who helped us a lot on our arrival. The view from the apartment is sensational, with an unforgettable sunset. The balcony with a barbecue is perfect for eating a parrilla while watching the sunset.

Excellent apartment. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the ski slopes. Impeccably heated to arrive after a day in the snow. Everything was great and very comfortable and well equipped. We were able to have a barbecue on the grill that is on the balcony with a beautiful view. Fully recommended, you won't regret it.

Everything excellent, the apartment is very comfortable, a divine environment to enjoy with boys. The heating covers the entire apartment which is a no lesser detail, there is hot water all the time, the building has a generator which is super important, on the last night there was no light in the area and we never stopped having the amenities that the apartment provides. We went in two vans and while she has a garage, Alejandra was super accessible in getting us another loan. Truly a successful trip to Chillan and Alejandra is a great host and always available to help with whatever is needed.

This apartment is beautiful! It has everything you would ever need. You will not be disappointed. Our family and friends had a wonderful time. We were two families- a total of eight guests and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location is perfect and the concierge service is a real plus! Maria Alejandra is an excellent host. Great appartment, huge bedrooms, good heating and full equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the amazing Nevados de Chillan. Couldnt be better. We would def come back!!
