Sebastian and Monica were very responsive and helpful before, during, and after my stay! The apartment was very clean, private and the neighborhood felt safe. Great views from the terrace and apartment!

Excellent choice in Antigua! The accommodation is a great value for what you pay, with an unbeatable location: right in front of the Bodegona and steps from everything important in the center. It is perfect for a person or a couple looking for comfort, accessibility and tranquility. Edwin was always very attentive and responded quickly and with great kindness every time I contacted him. I would definitely stay here again. ¡Highly recommended!

Fantastic location — within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and major tourist attractions. Communication was outstanding: Ani and Waleska were proactive, checking in before, during, and after our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly and to see if we needed anything. They responded promptly to questions. The apartment was comfortable and beautifully furnished, exactly as shown in the photos, and fully stocked with supplies. We appreciated the generous amount of towels, soap, toilet paper, and the thoughtful inclusion of earplugs for city noise. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Highly recommend — we would definitely return!

excellent stay. very close to everything. it never had to catch a taxi since everything was walking distance. very clearn, attentive, and has everything you need for your trip. the laundry being there avaiable was also perfect. highly recommend this place

Excellent place, Gelmin very kind and attentive to us, it was worth everything. I just wish they would add pure water and more cooking utensils to cook a little faster.

Sofia was an excellent host. He was very kind to let us in 3 hours before check-in and to bring us a crib with blankets and a bathtub for our baby. He also offered us cleaning in the middle of the week, which I think is the first time that's happened to me on Airbnb, so we really appreciated it. The house is small but cozy and is very good for a couple. The garden is very beautiful but there are many mosquitoes. We need mosquito nets to be able to ventilate well. The accommodation is on a private street on the edge of the center, which makes the area quieter and more peaceful than the center. Everything is within walking distance, but without a car we miss a supermarket closer. However, in the opposite direction to the center there are amenities nearby and beautiful streets. In short, a very pleasant place with a hostess who cares about you having a good stay. We were very happy and would definitely repeat. Thank you

Please book them. They’ve made me feel like family. The place was clean. In a quiet area. They gave me more than I deserved. I needed a charger and they let me borrow theirs. The hosts are loving and pure. They answer very fast and they’re very supportive. Angel drove me around Antigua to help me get good. May a million dollars and more touch this household. God bless you. I sobbed when I had to leave.

Wow, what a great find! This apartment was exactly what we were hoping for during our stay in Antigua. The location is excellent, rain head shower is relaxing, hotel staff is so friendly and professional, grounds are beautiful, everything is very clean and well-kept, Lorenzo the parrot was our instant amigo, and we will definitely be back! This is a 5 min walk to the central plaza, and there are dozens of artisan shops, restaurants of all levels from casual to fine dining, coffee shops galore, and many tiendas in just the immediate area surrounding this place, not to mention greater Antigua. We walked everywhere and we always felt safe. You do not need to rent a car to stay here - you can walk to everything easily, and there Uber drivers or taxis for anything beyond a walk. Thank you to Ana Lucia for providing such a comfortable home away from home. We will definitely be back.

This stay was amazing! Beautiful surroundings and such a private, peaceful location. Jose was so helpful / friendly and always responsive to anything we needed - it made our stay stress free! There is a restaurant with an amazing view a couple minutes down the street (Cerro San Cristobal) that I would definitely recommend checking out. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very good price for the cute little accommodation! We loved the jacuzzi, that was great. Very convenient location and so much to do! The host was super sweet and responsive. She held our bags for us beyond our check out time so we could do our activities and let us pick them up after which was a HUGE help! Definitely recommend staying here :)

Excellent place to vacation with family or friends, spacious and with beautiful views, it has everything to spend it amazing even board games, the super full kitchen has up to an Alexa, I highly recommend this place Aspects to note Super retired from everything or a store nearby, the closest thing is Santa Catarina Palopó 30 minutes and Panajachel about 45 minutes. The road from Santa Catarina Palopó is not the best, it was becoming 2 lanes passed to 1 and there is like 15 minutes of terracería which when we went there were repairs, I do not know if they will put asphalt but in rain I do not think that goes up small car by 2 slopes with loose soil, if they come from Patzún there if it is paved street and 10 minutes of terracería. They only put 2 rolls of paper for a family of 7 while 3 days and they didn't give extra sheets, I consider that for families like that is necessary I recommend bringing food for vacation days and not going out a lot, they will have an amazing time, I enjoyed it too much.
