WOW, first class all the way. Furnished very thoughtfully. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Kitchen has everything you could need. Robes were the softest - just like clouds. The rocking chairs on the porch, the surrounding nature and sounds, the comfort was indescribable. One of the best AB&B's we've stayed in - and we have stayed in AB&B's all over the world!!

Awesome place to stay. The home was as beautiful as the pictures showed, had everything we needed and more, nice outdoor area, and all we could have asked for. Internet was great, but no cell phone service. It was summer when we were there and a bit hot during the day, but cooled off a bit at night. The host was very responsive to the question we had. All in all it was a very nice place on a long country gravel road. I would recommend this place to someone that needed a place to stay near Pagosa Springs CO.

It was truly the most lovely place! My husband and I absolutely adored it. The space was so clean and decorated so well that we could not find any hidden messes or clutter. Everything was so cute inside, and we felt like it was the perfect size for the two of us to enjoy. Paige and Caleb were so very kind to us as well! We loved getting to meet them and exchange stories with them :) Thank you guys so much!

Quaint wooden cabin, very well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy the space. Hostess was very helpful. Doesn't have wi-fi or TV, which is nice to be able to enjoy the space and nature. Does have cell coverage. It is a few miles out of Pagosa Springs and in a neighborhood with dirt/gravel roads. Overall this was a great little place, would stay here again.

My friends and I had the best stay at Sarah’s cabin. There were plenty of comfortable beds, the view was so beautiful and serene, the fire pit on the porch was perfect. We ended up spending the majority of time on the porch, both in the evenings and in the mornings, but the cabin itself is adorable and cozy! Would absolutely stay again!

Such a great house in a beautiful place! We stayed here for a long weekend, and it was perfect. The house is amazing and the surroundings are gorgeous. The outdoor area, hot tub, ping pong, games, and kitchen make it the perfect place if you want to stay and hang out, but it is also super close to Pagosa, so there's plenty to do. We'll definitely stay here again!

Our family LOVED staying at Heather's cozy cabin by Vallecito Reservoir! We kept saying how beautiful and peaceful it was. The communication back and forth was top notch! The cabin was very comfortable and absolutely beautiful! We will absolutely be back! Thank you Heather and Kyle!
