Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Chincoteague Bay

Hosts were highly communicative and we appreciated the amount of information they provided about the condo, the Sea Colony community, and the surrounding areas. We had a quiet stay the first week of June. We loved the screened porch and loft and had plenty of space for our family of four. Sea Colony’s amenities were great for traveling with kids, especially the pools and splash pad, tram, and easy free parking at the beach. The entire community/resort is well maintained.

Janel is a pro! Instructions and helpful details made check in and the rest of our stay seamless!! Beautiful community and well kept condo with plenty of room and amenities. We will definitely be returning!!

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

The apartment was an excellent place to stay during our visit of DC. It featured all amenities we could wish for and allowed for a hassle-free time to explore the capital thanks to seamless check-in and check-out and clear and fast answers by the host. We highly appreciate the opportunity for having been able to stay there and would very much recommend the listing to others.

This was the perfect place for a quick weekend trip! Charles’ home was beautiful, clean, and we felt right at home. He was extremely responsive and flexible. My friend and I were impressed with how nice the basement apartment was; it is even better than the pictures! It was such a comfortable stay that was 100% worth the price. I would definitely book with Charles again in the future!

We had a delightful Memorial Day weekend at Louis and Luke’s Airbnb in Rehoboth. The condo was spacious and very well appointed with everything we needed. It was also impeccably clean! The location is extremely convenient - just a short ride to the town, the beach, and the outlets (and even walkable). If you sit on the balcony, be sure to look down at the pond where you can enjoy watching the turtles. Louis and Luke were great to work with and their communication was timely and very helpful. We strongly recommend this condo, and we will hope to be able to stay there the next time we’re in Rehoboth!

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. It is much larger than the pictures let on. The deck was big enough for all of us to comfortably sit and chat - and Julie has plenty of patio chairs and two tables! Everything was super clean, no clutter, lots of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The location is perfect too! Quick walk to the beach and some shops. Bus ride can easily take you down to the boardwalk or restaurants you can’t walk to. No need to move your car once you are here. We enjoyed this stay so much we are planning on returning next year. My husband, teenage daughter and I had a great stay at Robin's Dewey Beach residence! Owner was responsive and sent helpful instructions for check-in. The location was perfect-conveniently nestled between the bay and beach. The balcony provided gorgeous views of sunrises and sunsets. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Since we were there in April, not everything had reopened for the season, but we had no problems finding places to eat/shop. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and as described in the listing. We will definitely stay again during a future visit to Delaware!

Love staying at Marie's condo in Sea Colony. This was the first time that we were in Bethany Beach in early May in many years. It was fun seeing the community get ready for the upcoming season. Marie is proactive and responsive. Her place is perfect for 2 people. :)

This is the second year we stayed at this beautiful condo! Views of both ocean and the bay are spectacular!! Condo was clean and easy to access. Love the pool and beach! Close to great restaurants!! Margaret is a fantastic host!! Highly recommend this condo! We will definitely be back next year ❤️

We LOVED this place. Looked better than the pictures (and the pictures looked great to begin with). So spacious, including all of the balcony areas. Close to lewes beach and the state park. Great area for a family getaway. Had everything we needed and more. Also Bohdan was an excellent host and very responsive!

Jessica was a super friendly, and fast-responding host. I would definitely recommend this stay to my family and friends!

Our stay at Adam’s condo was great. The place was clean, quiet, and had plenty of sleeping space for the 6 of us. The site pictured exactly the condo interior. Adam immediately answered any questions. Getting around was easy. We were 1 block from the beach, and drove the distance to the boardwalk amusements. We would definitely consider staying there again. The weather wasn’t the best, but we were able to go to the beach, enjoy the pool, and surrounding amusements.

Lisa’s place was awesome and exactly how she described it! We loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean and the beautiful views of the bay and ocean. Everything you need is in this condo!!! Thanks again Lisa!!!

Our stay at the beach was great. The unit was very nice and Rodrigo was very kind and responsive to all of my questions. The view from the unit to both bodies of water was great. The amenities on the property are a nice bonus. The building and grounds were nicely kept. Alll in all, we had a wonderful visit, in spite of the rain.

Lisa’s condo was clean and spacious. Large balcony with views of the ocean and street. Beds were comfortable. The location was so close to the boardwalk, restaurants etc. Lisa was very responsive and helpful with instructions. Bonus is that the condo is inside a hotel which has added security and all the hotel amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed the private location of the house and access to all of the amenities. Serena was a great host. We will be back soon.

We had four generations in the house for the long Labor Day weekend. It was perfect. Very spacious and comfortable. Nearby beach and town. A pool and small playground across the street thoroughly enjoyed by our three year old. A cook's kitchen. A gracious host. Five stars plus plus!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly spacious—perfectly accommodating our group of 5 adults and 4 children without ever feeling cramped. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal—close to the beach, shopping, and tons of great food options. What really set this place apart were the thoughtful little touches. From the high chair and toddler toys to beach accessories, everything was clearly provided with care and convenience in mind. It made traveling with kids so much easier and more enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend this home to family and friends, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again in the future!

This house was perfect for our large family. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware for a large group.

The home is very spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. We liked that we could bike or walk to the pool, and the host was very responsive and accommodating to my group. Even at the last minute we made a switch and he was really nice about it and when the pool staff had trouble locating my passes, he called them right away! I would highly recommend this home. If I had to say thing to improve ….is that the bikes were not in great condition to ride , I brought my own and the chairs in the basement outside on the patio were dirty so I had to clean them myself…and the tv remote in the master was nowhere to be found. But other than those very minor things…. it was a wonderful stay with kids of all ages. The basement is set up for kids to have fun.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this peaceful waterfront home! The views were stunning waking up each morning to the water right outside was truly magical. The huge backyard was perfect for our dogs to run and play freely, and our whole family felt right at home. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was incredibly relaxing, and you could feel the stress melt away as soon as you arrived. The hosts were extremely flexible and welcoming, which made the experience even better. They clearly care about making sure guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. This place was everything we hoped for and more; quiet, beautiful, and perfect for both people and pets. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect home for our 3 generation, family reunion, celebration from W&M Law School. We loved the spacious back porch, green surroundings and roaming chickens.
