Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Chincoteague Bay

Our family of seven had a great week at the Neigh Neigh. Even though the weather was less than desirable, there were more than enough things to do within the house to keep everyone occupied. When reaching out regarding an issue, Caythar was very responsive and addressed it immediately! We’d absolutely stay again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was so peaceful. We spent most of our time at the beach but when we came back to the tiny home, it was so quiet and relaxing. We went to the restaurant a couple of times for pre dinner drinks. The staff were welcoming, friendly and prepared amazing cocktails! We will definitely be back.

This is our fourth stay at the beach shack and as always, it was a true 5-star affair. Jennifer’s sense of design is impeccable—you will feel at home and in a constant state of chill staying here. Super serene with the bay just outside the sunroom, ultra quiet neighborhood and super comfortable furniture. Jennifer is the best communicator, reminding you pre trip, during trip and even post trip how much she values her role as a host, and YOU as her guest. Can’t wait to return this winter for a pre new years getaway, and another fun summer stay in 2026!

Great spot for a mother/daughters retreat. We enjoyed the cozy and cute decor and each having our own space in the Seaside Cottage. Also, the kitchen was will equipped and we made several meals together as a family. Just a short drive to everything on the island and super close to water and the Misty Pasture. Kathleen was a wonderful host— responsive and proactive throughout our stay. We had a wonderful visit!

I arrived after dark, on a Friday, so I was thinking I’d have some challenge to find the house. I was wrong! There was a guard at the gate who was quite friendly and helpful, gave me the parking pass for my stay and a map with outlined directions to find the street and the house. I found it first time through. Keys were in the lockbox, instructions were clear and the gate pass card was in the dish on the table. I had a lovely quiet night in a very comfortable bed with no noise or distractions. After a 10 hour drive I needed that! In the morning I had a small convenience issue, which Terri and Shawn were immediately responsive to, offered me a self service solution which worked fabulously and I had no other problems during my stay for a total of 8 nights. I especially loved the water pressure in the shower! Love that the house is a short hop from both OC and Assateague! I would definitely stay here again!

Chose this spot for our honeymoon and it was fantastic. You’ll love the views and infinite amenities but most of all, Evan is an incomparable host. I’d book with him again, no doubt. He’s clearly gone above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home (if your home is impeccably decorated and designed for ultimate comfort). He’s gone to great lengths to make sure his guests have a memorable experience and it’s appreciated!

A beautiful home in an amazing location. Loved the peaceful and friendly neighborhood and easy beach access. Natalie was super communicative and friendly. She shared clear instructions and great recommendations for things to do nearby.

SUCH wonderful friendly, and personable host!! We love Victor ;-). We (3 ladies) intentionally had a “relax our brain” peaceful weekend. There is so much to write. We enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing and comfortable stay. The decor is delightful; so welcoming! We loved the personal touches like the welcome note and fresh cut flowers. There were beautiful indoor real plants and amazing views from every angel! They also recommended local places to go. We enjoyed siping coffee in the sun room, giggling all night drinking wine and sunset views. Thank you for proving the best quiet place we could ask for. Our stay exceeded our expectations. We appreciate the details and your attentiveness!

It was a great and very calm place to stay!

The Fish House is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay! My husband & I found it to be quite spacious for 2 people. The location was perfect; we were there from Sunday-Wednesday, and it was quiet and peaceful the whole time. It was conveniently located to Irvington, White Stone and Kilmarnock and all those towns have to offer! The A/C is brand new, and very effective against the Virginia heat and humidity. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing food, and we appreciated the coffee & tea supplies that were provided! The bed is comfortable and we slept well. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the water. As a bird watcher, it was so relaxing to view the local wildlife with the binoculars provided. Michelle is a wonderful host! Her instructions are clear, and checking in and out was easy. She also answered all our questions promptly, and thoroughly. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway on the Northern Neck, stay at The Fish House!

This is our second summer coming back to this beautiful Airbnb. My family and I just got back from our 3 night stay and we did not want to leave this magical place. I am super picky when it comes to finding a place to stay but this place just felt so clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Plenty of space for a family of 4 and it was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Rick and Alene go above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable and they are incredibly friendly and hospitable. We can’t wait to come back every summer! This house is the best kept secret, just a short drive to so many beaches!

Vickie and Scott were so welcoming and friendly. Respecting our privacy, yet nice conversations on our way in and out. The views, pier, and accommodations were exactly what was pictured and described. We will definitely be back. Location was only 10 minutes from downtown Leonardtown. Beautiful!

I highley recommend staying at 11 Delaware! My friends and I found it to be quite pleasant and just the right amount of space. The unit was clean on arrival and although I had some trouble getting in (not at fault of the listing, my own user error lol) the owner Jennifer Anne was amazing! She took my call right away and walked me through everything until I was inside and settled, I was very appreciative. Parking was easily accessible which was a plus, and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall the space was perfect for what I needed it for. My only 2 notes would be that 1. The beach at the time we went was not suitable to swim as there were thousands of horseshoe crabs, I suppose it’s the season I was unaware. The owner/host is wonderful and if you need assistance I highkey recommend contacting her. The caretaker however I found to be a bit rude. A friend left their bag in the unit, and after paying close to $850 for a 2 night stay I had expected a bit of a kinder tone from her.

This was our second summer in a row staying at this lovely Airbnb! Cannot recommend it enough. Great space, has everything you need for a beach vacation…including the perfect location! Walkable to the boardwalk and right next to a great bike path for walking/running/biking around.

Immaculately clean, comfortable, peaceful. Exactly as expected, exactly what we needed. Bernadette was friendly and welcoming while still allowing us privacy and space. Hint: if you use the kayaks and pull them on the caddies to the launch site, I recommend using the cinch straps to keep the kayaks from bouncing off on uneven surfaces. Would definitely stay here again. Jealous of Bernadette's beautiful home!

Great stay! Very responsive host - easy to communicate with and answered any question I had so quickly - we can’t wait to stay at one of his places again!

Bao was prompt at responding to questions. The home was immaculately clean and much more spacious than appeared in the photos. The price was worth what we paid. My family and I were quite comfortable and we appreciated the starter items included with the rental. There were ample cooking utensils and the appliances were clean and in excellent condition. We travelled from out of state and brought a suitcase with our own linen. Not ideal, but this was a much more financially prudent option than paying the linen providers $190.00 for sheets and towels. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bao’s rental. We were close to restaurants and the beach and had a view of the water. We highly recommend this property.

House was very home like. Host was very communicative which made the stay much more easier. Had very clear explanations of everything. We enjoyed ourselves, definitely.

Quite the hidden gem! Great location. Covered parking, clean space, well decorated, comfortable bed, seamless check-in. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Mike's condo in Lewes! The location was absolutely perfect — just a short, pleasant walk to both the charming town center and the beach. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. The condo itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bikes were a huge plus! We loved biking to Cape Henlopen State Park. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Lewes!

I loved it here! It's literally an ocean front space. We enjoyed having the screen door open listening to the waves. I loved this place so much I'm literally telling everyone about it so they can stay there haha! The weather wasn't great to start when we went down but I 10000% would book again. We were steps away from the beach, we was able to still see our unit from the sand. I got lucky to find this place!

Really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie's. Awesome condo that was clean, comfortable and roomy. Wonderful views from Living Room, Balcony and Master Bedroom. Close enough to the water to hear the waves breaking. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Definitely hope to be back!

Wonderful stay at this condo in Rehoboth. We loved how walkable the area was including the super short walk across the boardwalk to the beach. Pool is great too. Condo is very clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. Loved being able to watch the sunrise right on the balcony - very enjoyable weekend.
