Three blocks from the sea and four from the centre (near enough for a night out, far enough for a quiet night’s sleep.) It is a cozy and comfortable studio with a well-equipped kitchenette, a 20-liter purified water container, a fan, air conditioning, and a queen-size bed. Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a plate of seasonal fruit. It has a small terrace with two chairs and a small table. It is located in a two-story building in a garden with tropical trees of the region and has a private entrance. My house is on the property. It is located 2-3 blocks from the beach and downtown.
