Chez Charlie is a former vintner house (160 m2), located in a quiet village lying on the edge of a striking hillside 11 kilometres (just under 7.5 miles) away from Beaune. Placed on the ‘Route des grand Crues‘ of the Côte D’Or, Saint Romain is perfect for wine-lovers! The house has three bedrooms, a big sunny kitchen opening onto the garden. There is a living room on the top floor and two bathrooms. Day trips to nearby cultural sights can be combined with culinary tours or wine-tasting events

Our detached house has a fantastic view. The house is beautifully located in a valley on a dead-end road. From the wooden terrace, you can observe the wildlife with the naked eye. Deer, birds of prey, foxes... And not to forget the starry sky. The house has a fenced garden that is extremely suitable for your dog. From the house, there are various hiking trails in the beautiful forests and surrounding villages. The bakery is within walking distance for a French breakfast, among other things.

The house is 2 km from Chissey-en-Morvan. As the last on the road, there is very little traffic. You’ll hear nature sounds and, in spring and autumn, the gentle murmur of a stream 30 meters away. A small road runs between the house and terrace but soon becomes an unpaved path, so few cars pass. The four-star gîte is in an old farmhouse barn. Next door, a second peaceful holiday home is also available on Airbnb.
