The host always responds quickly to questions, the actual stay is consistent with the pictures, the house is very comfortable to live in, the bed and duvet are also very comfortable, and the host is very friendly and thoughtful to solve the problem of accidentally dirtying the carpet, which is worth recommending to everyone!

The place is in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk from the station. There were lots of restaurants and bakery nearby. There's a fully equipped kitchen in 301 so we got groceries from the nearby 24H supermarket. There is also a washer/ dryer (with soap) that the hosts thoughtfully labeled in English. The hosts are very responsive and understanding.

The unit/apartment is very safe. It was near the train station,supermarket,7/11. The space is clean and big. The toilet and shower area is clean. I feel home during my stay .Host is responsive everytime I have question.

Excellent location, spacious accommodations with nice views. Host initiated contact early on and leading up to our arrival. Host also provided local recommendations and directions for shopping, restaurants and attractions. Flexible check-in options of in-person or automated lock box. We had automated lock box and the detailed instructions provided made it very easy to retrieve keys. Totally enjoyed our stay.

It was a beautiful property in an ideal location. We would recommend it.

This apartment unit is very well equipped. I can tell Toshiko-san makes good efforts in providing the best staying experience for the guests. My family of four had a good rest in her cosy apartment.

Excellent place to stay, especially when you have a car to get around. The whole house is very cozy and their bed is one of the best if not the best bed I’ve slept in all hotels and airbnbs (warm and soft). Check in is very easy with flexible time (we arrived at 10pm). The only thing to note is that there is only one bathroom so if you have a big party then showering could take a while. That being said, we still felt fine even though we’re a 7 people party. Will definitely recommend.

In addition to Hosuyskino Station, the Nanboku Line subway station was also close, so there was no discomfort in using public transportation. There was also a hot spring nearby, so I used it for a day, and I was satisfied. A total of 9 people visited with 4 teenage children and 5 adults, and it was okay to use. However, due to the nature of Japan, the shower was too narrow, so it was a little inconvenient to use except for children or people who were skinny. If you have free time, we highly recommend taking a shower in a nearby hot spring.

I came here with my family, very quiet and back to the nature. You can feel how owner care the guests, they prepare almost everything you need, the rice, the coffee, and a lot of lovely plates with different sizes that enough for a big family. We played the snow just in front of the house, however we can just wear tee indoor, very warm. The house is old, the equipments are really in good quality from the toilet and cloth dryer, owner prepared electric blankets for us etc, they live nearby so you will feel reliable, and replied to you in time. You can find a cafe and an onsen by car within 10 min. The only suggestion is you need prepare enough foods in advance before coming.

To foreigners: I've stayed at many Airbnbs in Japan, but I can confidently say this is the best one in Sapporo. The place is extremely clean, and everything in central Sapporo is within a 10-minute walk. I was especially impressed by the water pressure, cozy, auto-temperature, and cleanliness of the bathroom. Also, the place comes with every amenity you could need. If you're traveling with a group, don't hesitate to choose this place. Amazing guest house! To Korean: I have used a lot of Airbnb in Japan, but I am sure it is the best house in Sapporo. It is very clean and you can walk to Sapporo city center in 10 minutes. In particular, the water pressure in the bathroom is very good. In particular, the cleanliness and details everywhere were very impressive. Most amenities All the houses are equipped with it, so it's comparable to a hotel. If you are traveling as a group, do not hesitate to choose this place~^^ In English

Wonderful host and outstanding ambience. Michiaki has a beautiful home, which like our own home away from home! I visited with my wife and son. Great place for family stay. In-house Onsen was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!!

5 people stayed 2 nights. They were very kind and accommodating, and we had a pleasant time. The facilities, etc. were clean and well-equipped, and I did not feel any inconvenience. It was a relaxing space, as if I were at home, so I was able to relax and heal my fatigue after going out. There is also a convenience store nearby, and it is convenient to be within walking distance for anything.

Every room had fridge, kettle, dehumidfier and even tea and coffee for our convenience as the kitchen is on the first floor but all rooms are on the second.Everything are just so homely, I could even find baby chairs for our children to sit, and facial wash in case we don’t have.

The home is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Pierre was a great host. He is communicative, fast response, and very helpful. We hope can stay at the Teine Red House again someday in the future!

It's a clean and modern house. The bed was big in a room with two beds, so it was okay except for the part where there was no space for luggage. The bed was also comfortable. However, the room was a little cold. It's a great value.

This was our first time visiting Otaru, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and an easy stroll to the main streets of Otaru. Every morning, we could hear the sound of the steam clock and music in the distance, which made the atmosphere feel so peaceful and beautiful. It’s also very close to convenience stores and everything else we needed. We really loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

we had a pleasant time staying here! it's close to the station, konbini, and tourist spots in otaru like otaru music box museum, otaru canal, letao, and many more! they are all walkable from the apartment. the place is quite spacious for the 7 of us. it's also very clean. would love to stay here again next time we go to otaru!

Near Minami Otaru Station, everything matches the description. But one thing I didn’t know—the room door is more like a partition, not a real door.

The city and accessibility were good, and I was thankful for using it conveniently.

the apartment is very nice, very quiet with an amazing view and close to the shopping street for tourists certainly but very pleasant. The welcome in the building was fine too. we found small restaurants near the canal where we were always extremely well received. we recommend this stop in Otaru.
