Apartment holiday rentals in Chittaranjan Park

I stayed at Guneet’s apartment in Saket for 5 days in May along with my 3 family members while I was undergoing ear surgery at Max Hospital nearby. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had all basic amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the caretaker nearby was trustworthy and helpful. The locality is peaceful, with parking and a security guard, which added to our comfort. Guneet is a fantastic host; always responsive and incredibly kind. She checked in daily to ask about my recovery, which meant a lot. We originally booked for 4 days but extended by a day without hesitation as the place was perfect for recovery. There were a couple of minor issues like an AC socket and water tank problem, but both were fixed quickly. Power cuts happened briefly once or twice a day, but nothing major. Highly recommend this place for short or long stays. We’d love to return under better circumstances just to enjoy the space again! Extremely happy with the decision!

I’m super happy to have stayed here. The studio really felt like my own home and the staff was so service oriented and helpful. The place is located in a narrow alley from a busy road, but you don’t notice the traffic at all. The location is great because you’re near south Delhi (where all the good and modern stuff is) as well as close to central + old Delhi where all the touristy stuff is. It’s also a smooth ride to/from the airport. The pictures are very accurate and the studio feels spacious. The furniture is of good quality and the welcoming by the staff is excellent. It’s a simple and laidback experience, but one that you’ll love because of how peaceful and comfortable it is. Next time I’m in Delhi and can’t stay with friends, I have found a place to call home from home!

We came for a conference in Delhi.we really enjoyed our stay at Sahil's place.the rooms were clean ,well ventilated,centrally located.. Thank u Sahil and Maan ji for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Great value for the money! The room matched the description perfectly—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. The host was very helpful and responsive, quickly answering any questions we had and making sure we were comfortable throughout. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Flat is same as in the pics. Caretaker was helpful during check in and check out. Kailash Colony market is nearby and restaurants.

Best location, Comfortable stay, all amenities available near by all shops and places

This was our first stay at Joel's apartment. The apartment is very well located, very near M Block Market which has great restaurants, shops and all expected amenities. While we had some issues with road closures early in the morning, Joel's helper Suni Ram proactively helped us find the place. Check in was very easy once we found the place. Joel / Devika are very proactive in communications, and we always get a reply within a few hours or minutes of an inquiry. The apartment is clean and well appointed, and has all the expected amenities. Joel was very proactive to provide any items we needed, like more kitchen amenities, toaster, etc. within hours. The bathrooms are well furnished, have plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We have stayed in GK2 many times, and this is one of the better facilities. We would recommend this place to friends and family, and we will stay again in the future.

Kiran was an awesome host, super pumped to have us over. She made us feel right at home, like we were in our own spot. Her place is gonna stick in our hearts as a forever memory.

The rooms are amazing surrounded with greens. It is a nice place to spent quality time with friends and families . Owners (Apeksha) is responsive and helpful. It’s a very peaceful place, nearby metro station and restaurant is also nearby. Overall it’s a comfortable place for each individual. Loved to visit again.

At first, we were unsure whether to book or not let’s be honest, photos online can be deceiving. But this place? It exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a space that was exactly as shown clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. A big shoutout to our amazing host Keshav and the ever-helpful caretaker bhaiya — both of them ensured we had everything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality truly made the difference. If you’re looking for a calm and comfortable getaway, this place is a 10/10. Don’t think twice just book it. You won’t regret it!

The price of the room is much more less than the experience it gave. The check-in was smooth, caretaker was always available to help. The owner of the property communicates properly to ensure no inconvenience. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone visiting and considering to get a room nearby.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was pleasant, well-lit with natural light, and situated in a great locality. The balcony was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The help and Aishwarya were incredibly welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend this place for a comfortable stay!

Excellent place to stay. Best location ever, the m-block market is a stone’s throw away. Amit is a really sweet and professional host and Dinesh is a very prompt and helpful caretaker. Definitely would recommend. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Will come back many more times!

One of a greatest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It was equipped with all required amenities. Caretaker, Krishna bhaiya was soo helpful and was available right on a call when ever needed. Karan responded quickly and was really helpful all the time.

Firstly about the host, Rishi is a very nice and warm host, he is very responsive, checks on you makes sure you are comfortable and have everything one may need available. cherry on the top is he pays a visit with a bottle of wine, a personal touch which is very much appreciated. Coming to the place, it's very clean and very apt for someone who would like some privacy. Really loved the boho chic look of the place. Everything matches the pictures and description given. Evening views are also very pleasant. And they have a projector, so cool for evening movies 🤭. Altogether it's a nice deal.

This is an amazing high end duplex apartment which is even better than it looks in the pictures. The host was super responsive and there were helpers and a cleaner available to make our stay comfortable. The please is a short walk from the famous M block GK 2 market. There is also a nice park next to the apartment for your quick morning walks. All in all a super duper stay and highly recommended.

This place is very well located. The room was clean, Host was very responsive, Check In Check Out was very comfortable. All in all a value for money property. Would love to book it again.
