Took this homestay during my recent visit to Tirupathi and I can say it is worth every penny spent. Great location, nice ambience, flexible support staff and Ashok Reddy being great host. Definite recommedation to the people who are looking for homestays in Tirupathi.

My stay was pleasant, I had come for hospital work, so could stay only for 2 days. Jayaprasad is very nice, he replies on time and is very helpful.

The facility is well maintained.good enough to accommodate 7 adults and 3 kids. Very spacious and clean. Good maintenance. Manager Raghunatha was very proactive in reaching out for needs. Very friendly and helpful as well. Would recommend for family and friends.

Very clean , every household things are available washing machine , fridge , cooking utensils it makes your stay super easy

We are staying here for the third time and every time we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The place was very clean and the cots were comfortable. The place was on the rooftop which was really cool and it had an excellent view. Could see the hills in the rain. The host also sorted me out with a great travel service that helped me do the Darshan in reasonable price. I had a great trip and a big thank you to the host for making my trip a success.

We stayed for one night with my family, and we loved it. We also enjoyed a homemade dinner, which was great. The place is just as described; it's not fancy, but very functional and conveniently located near Horsley Hills. We were attending an interview at Rishi Valley School and needed a place to stay for the night, and this accommodation was perfect for us.

The workers and manager was very helpful and kind to us. It was listed as cooking equipment is available but when we arrived it was not. But the manager was kind enough to arrange all our needs. Very thankful for it. Will surely recommend this place.

Very Nice Place. good Apartment. lift always working. kitchen is good. ee were in Flat 6A. door of Veranda cannot be Locked. pleawe repair it. will book it again when in Vellore.

I came here for treatment and stayed for 15 days. I can say it is best place away from crowd for leisure. Bala sir was very gentle and helpful. It is good for family coming together. Thanks for everything

I stayed there for two days with my family and we literally feel like a home away from home. It was very clean and everyone is very friendly. If anyone is looking for it, then go for it. In terms of location, if you're planning to go to Tirupati temple then you'll have to cross the ghats.

Nice calm place. We stayed while visiting CMC Ranipet and so convenient. Just 2Km from there. No shops at walkable distance but Swiggy and others deliver and so no issue. Comfortable to park infront of house Host is responsive and allowed flexible check in and check out

It was a great stay at this property. The location is really great and convenient with lot of options for grocery shops, eateries, commute, healthcare facilities and many more. Very friendly host and the caretakers. The support, help and services from maid and security personnel were exceeding expectations. One small bitter experience was the flat we got first weren’t clean and amenities weren’t proper. The host immediately addressed this issue and provided a better one. One small advice to the host is to do a proper maintenance of the property at regular intervals. Overall, we loved staying here and we’ll recommend this property to others. Definitely we will consider staying here again in the future. Thank you.

Great place to stay and good staff. the location in the Google Maps was misleading. the staff responded and guided to correct location. only con was the Geyser will work only on a sunny day.
