The Terrace of Victory

La Terrazza di Vittoria is a delightful studio on one level surrounded by silence and greenery. It is located a few meters from the main house and just 2 km from Città della Pieve. The large garden surrounding the house is a natural terrace overlooking Lake Trasimeno. It is enriched by a pergola equipped with a table and barbecue available for your meals in total relaxation. Inside, in a 40 sqm space, there is a double bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and an equipped kitchen.

The Chianti window

A wonderful place to spend a few days in pleasant company. A large living room with fireplace where you can relax after returning from beautiful walks, bike rides, and excursions. The independent apartment is 15 km from Siena, 20 km from the Thermal Baths and 40 minutes from the villages of San Gimignano and Monteriggioni. Overall, there is a farm that produces wines and oil with the possibility of guided tours and tasting of our products with themed dinners.

Cottage surrounded by nature

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.

Apartment located inside a historic building in Cortona, dating back to the 1500s, overlooking the city's main square... Our property, while condemning the war, dissociates itself from all racist behavior towards the Russian and Belarusian population. At Casa del Passerino, people of these nationalities are welcome and will be treated the same as everyone else. We look forward to seeing you in Tuscany!

The house is in the hearth of the historic center of Città della Pieve; Terziere Borgo Dentro. In the proximity the most important artistic and cultural sites of the city: the cathedral and the main square. The house is recently completely restored and formed by a kitchen, a large bedroom, a living room and a bathroom. A very fast internet connection is guaranteed (about 90 Mbps).

The independent apartment is located in the internal courtyard of Palazzo Bargagli, whose structure dates back to the 14th century and is rich in history. Just 4 km from the Chiusi-Chianciano highway exit, Casa Amiata is an excellent stop to visit the entire Valdorcia from Montepulciano to Pienza to Siena, the nearby spas and the local archeology.
