Apartment holiday rentals in Chlorakas

We spent 6 days at this not too small but not too big apartment, which in my opinion is more than enough for a couple. Everything that was listed on the site was at the apartment too. A huge plus that the Venus Beach and the Lidl supermarket is near, although the whole area is peaceful, safe and getting more and more modern and luxurious! Georgios is an excellent host! He gave advices, replied in minutes and was available every time we needed. Surely recommend to stay here!

Super clear communication about how to check-in and very responsive host! The place was clean and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches throughout. It was so nice to have a peaceful little haven tucked away from the lively boardwalk and restaurants.

My two daughters, husband and I stayed here for a week in April. We had rented a car and the apartment not only came with a parking lot but was also a close driving distance to everything in Paphos. We arrived late at night, check in was smooth and most of all we found the apartment fully stocked with all the necessities and more. From snacks to toiletries, nothing was missing. There were even beach towels for us! Very convenient. Since the weather was still a bit fresh, the pools weren’t open yet, so I can’t comment on that. However I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for everything!

From when we booked to when we departed Nitzan was always available if required. The apartment is set in a lovely block with communal pool, 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants on King of Tombs road. Used the local buses to get to coral beach and the town centre which has more lovely restaurants. Weather was fantastic and we could not have asked for more. If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax, this studio is the perfect choice! It has a luxurious feel, is impeccably clean, and offers great comfort. The bed is super cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony provides the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The location is fantastic—just a few meters from the sea and close to excellent restaurants. I was on a solo female trip at Paphos, and I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, finding the absolute peace I was looking for—exactly what I needed! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, whether you’re a solo traveler or looking for a romantic getaway for two.

i have stayed in many Air Bnbs all over the world and i have never had a host as responsive, friendly and helpful as Nadia. not only did she offer to send us a taxi to pick us up at the airport but even pick up some food for us from the local shop! The apartment was as described and well worth it for the price! about 20 minute walk to paphos old town and 15 mins to venus beach. all the pools were lovely and the view from our balcony was beautiful. we will definitely stay here again if we come back to cyprus! top tip would be to conquer the buses it made our holiday a lot cheaper and they came quite frequently.

Beautiful apartment, very organized and clean, very close to the beach, with a beautiful view of the sea and sunset. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos on Airbnb. The host is very polite and always answers questions. And only five minutes walking from the apartment to the sea. Under the apartment there are some restaurants and bars of different nationalities. I’m very close supermarket . The neighbourhood is beautiful and everything is close, I definitely recommend it. Thanks a lot

The property in Elysia Park is great for exploring Paphos and the surrounding streets. You can walk to the promenade in about 15 minutes. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is also very quiet there and the complex is very nice.

Elena's apartment is perfect for a couple ! The view is great and in the evening you can hear the waves of the sea from the bedroom ! Coral Bay is very close on foot and also Coralia Beach a little further away but always within walking distance . Elena is a super kind person, available in advice, help, etc. The apartment is very clean, nice terrace for aperitifs or dinners !

The place was clean and tidy. It contained everything you need as described. Communication with the host has always been excellent and ready to answer our questions. Absolutely recommended.

Apartmens with good design and space usage, nice balcony with beautiful flowers. The hosts are very responsive. Good location. Alfa & Omega mall and King Avenue Mall are close. Barbershop, Hair saloon, pharmacy are near. 20-30 walk to the harbour. Quite close to archeological sites. If you go to the sea direction there are nice taverns. I recommend Laverna taverna. The nearest beach is probably Lighthouse beach (20 min of walk). But I recommend to go to the Venus Beach (40 min). It is the best. You can swim there even when there are high waves. Clean, water, sand. It is very beautiful in the morning. I spent nice time in these apartments. Great thanks to Iulia and Catalin.

One word : Excellent ! Farhad is an AMAZING host, he has been very accessible, kind and reactive. He gave us precious tips and advices for our first steps in Cyprus. The appartement was clean, calm, everything was fine and in line with the description. The appartement was big enough to feel at ease. I couldn’t find better first place on the island for this price. Thank you very much for your hospitality Farhad !

It was a great accommodation with a very nice complex. Safe and well maintained. Communication with Estéa was very good and fast. We will definitely be back!

Great place, very spacious and modern Well-equipped, well-maintained We are well received with small welcome gifts. The only downside is the toilet or can't throw away toilet paper... but unfortunately it's not their faults and the SPA of the residence which was not necessarily very clean. Other than that, I recommend it to 100%.

Nice apartment with everything you need for a short vacation in Paphos. On a 15min walk to the beach and all the landmarks and 20min walk to the city center it was on a great location for us. Near big supermarkets and restaurants. Andreas was vas very clear with his responses and instructions.

We stayed from May 31 to June 4. The apartment is clean,spacious,everything you need for living is also there. The beds are soft. The location is convenient. The pools are clean and large. There is a kiosk and a pharmacy and a restaurant nearby. The hostess answered all our questions.

Stayed here for a night and everything was exactly as promised. Wifi was very fast. Instructions were very clear. There was ample free street parking everywhere so if you don't like parking in small spaces, you don't even need the assigned spot, but it has one if you prefer that. Would stay here again and wish I stayed longer.

Our stay at Marianna’s penthouse apartment was excellent. She was an amazing host, quick to respond and very helpful. Breakfast was made in the mornings at 9am which was outstanding. She catered for my partner and I who are vegetarians. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything that we possibly needed. I would highly recommend this apartment. Taxis do need to be booked a little ahead of time if you’re heading out but it’s like this throughout Paphos. p.s private roof pool is as good as the photos

Great, quiet apartment. Well located from the bus station( about 3 minutes), from where you can drive to Paphos, Aphrodite baths, etc.; not far from the Papantonio supermarket. Walking distance to the sea is about 20-30 minutes( return road to the slide)- and this is the only disadvantage for me personally. The apartment is spacious. The living room and bedroom has air conditioning which was very relevant in July. Comfortable bed. Kitchen is fully stocked( necessary kitchen utensils, glasses). There is a toaster, oven, stove, great fridge. Washing machine , iron, iron. Anyway, it feels like home. Spacious balcony where it's nice to sit in the evening when the heat comes down. This is a great place to stay - I’m so glad we decided to book it - even though we were a bit confused by the “FANI house” description. I still don’t know what it is, but this is a lovely ground floor apartment with a big lounge with separate toilet and a comfortable bedroom with en suite. The outside area is a good size with plenty of room to sit out and enjoy the sun . Elizavet was great at making sure we had everything we needed and her dad gave a great welcome when we arrived. We stayed for a month and cooked a lot of the time - the kitchen was pretty well equipped and the oven and hob were modern and efficient. You can’t fault the location - near Paphos harbour, loads of bars and restaurants and the supermarket is just round the corner. The restaurant next door - Hondros tavern, serves good quality simple local dishes. The road is a bit busy - but you can’t be in the centre of things and complain about stuff going on around you! We'll be back!!!
