Holiday rentals with a patio in Chopdem

The Condo was beautifully designed and was homely enough to stay with my family. The help was available during the day and would assist with household chores. Anuradha was responsive and ensured we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend the place!

We had an amazing 5-day stay at your Apartments in Candolim with our family. The property is exactly as described — calm, beautiful, and with a lovely ambience that truly lives up to its name. The location is excellent — everything you need is within a 5-7 minute walk, including restaurants, shops, and the beach. It made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. A special mention to the caretaker, Lakshman, who was extremely supportive and always available whenever we needed anything. The house owner also regularly checked in to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay in Goa. Would definitely come back again!

I have stayed at a lot of bnb’s and met many hosts. But this place, i am taking out time personally to appreciate what amazing job the host and his team has done. We were in awe with the kind hospitality and the coz place. Rooms were really neat and clean. Host was very helpful and kind. Even the care taker miss Gita was very sweet and helpful. We had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Goa! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The duplex is absolutely beautiful, tastefully done, and located in a peaceful society that made our trip even more relaxing. The serene surroundings and cozy interiors made it hard for us to leave! A special mention to Bharti didi, who was incredibly sweet and took great care of us. She truly made our stay extra special. Shalvika, our host, was fantastic—always in touch, coordinating everything seamlessly, and ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. The only small downside was that the pool wasn’t as clean as we had hoped, and the society’s pool rules were quite strict, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we wanted. But honestly, everything else was so perfect that it didn’t take away from our amazing experience. If you’re looking for a warm, comfortable, and homely stay in Goa, this is the place to be! Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Must visit home stay if you are near Pernem. It is spacious, well maintained and clean house with a touch of traditional vibes all around. Thanks to Ranjita for helping out with the of the dates.
