It is accessible in about 80 minutes from Tokyo, and is perfect for a stay with friends. The 40㎡ 2DK can accommodate up to 4 people (+2 if a toddler sleeps with you), making it perfect for enjoying with close family and friends. Why not forget the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy life by the sea in the great outdoors?　It's also great for remote work and off-site development camps for long-term stays. It is also close to Tsurigasaki Beach, which was the surfing venue for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, and the old Higashinamimi Beach. There are also many restaurants and surf spots within walking distance. You can enjoy a variety of activities such as swimming, surfing, and fishing in the heart of Kujukuri Beach. 15 minutes on foot from Kazusa-Ichinomiya Station. It is a 60 ㎡ private facility on the 3rd floor of the building. An open living room with futons and beds lined up on tatami mats. On the 1st floor of the building, there is a popular ramen shop, Masterpiece Ichinomiya. The 4th floor is also an Airbnb facility (Airbnb facility name: Ichinomiya Building Apartment 4F). Up to 14 people can stay on the 3rd and 4th floors. There is also a SENDO supermarket (food, including alcohol, and daily necessities) 2 minutes away on foot. One car can also be parked on the premises.
