Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

This is a place where loved ones come to spend time together, away from demands and daily stress, enjoying each others company. It's a place place where each season is celebrated in a memorable way with friends and family. The name of the house “Hav & Hygge”, refers to the peacefulness and quiet of a beach house near the ocean, where the sound of the gentle lapping of waves creating a sense of calm.

Lys lejlighed med 180 graders havudsigt fra terrassen og swimmingpool ved lejligheden. Terrasse foran lejligheden med private havemøbler og græsarealer ved huset. Der er TV med Chromecast og Apple AirPlay. Gå en hyggelig tur langs vandet mod smukke Allinge og spis på et af de to røgerier i byen eller tag med hjem. Der er parkering lige ved huset. Der går bus lige ved huset til og fra Rønne mv. Opladning af elektrisk bil er desværre ikke muligt. El-forbrug inkluderet (max. 20 kWh pr. døgn).

Climate-friendly wooden house by the sea in Listed, Svaneke

Arkitekttegnet lavenergihus i træ fra Østerlars savværk. Huset ligger hævet over Listed(Svaneke), 1 minuts gang fra badestigen på havnen og 5 minutters gang fra den smukke strand "Høl". Huset ligger ugenert og med en fantastisk udsigt over Listed, Østersøen og Christians Ø. Der er gulvvarme på begge etager, og huset er velegnet til vinterophold. Huset er allergivenligt, og kæledyr ikke tilladt. Opholdet er uden sengelinned, håndklæder etc, men kan bestilles i god tid for 200 DKK per person.

Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

New floors, kitchen, and furniture done in 2024. See newest photos. Our cozy house is located in a protected forest on Bornholm near Due Odde. The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

The new vacation home is located on a 6000 m² property with an adjacent street and lots of nature. The good location offers all the possibilities to explore the island and experience an unforgettable holiday. Beautiful swimming bays or beaches can be reached within 5 to 20 minutes by car.
