Old School Rooms

The Old School Rooms provide a unique place to stay for up to four guests in the northern wing of Rock Hall, originally a 15th Century pele tower with Jacobean and Victorian extensions. The first floor rooms, formerly classrooms when the building served as a primary school, are self contained from the main house, which is lived in by the Bosanquet family. The rooms have their own entrance onto a private courtyard which guests are welcome to use, and private bathroom and kitchen.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

The Woodland Cabin is set on the edge of a forest near the beautiful small village of Abbey St Bathans, just 1 hour south of Edinburgh. Come and relax in the woods with a book or grab your hiking boots or bikes and explore the surrounding countryside. We're a 20 minute drive from the coast which has stunning cliff top walks and beautiful little bays and fishing villages. Situated in a quiet courtyard in the centre of the picturesque village of Embleton on the North Northumberland Coast. Poppy Cottage sleeps 4 plus cot in two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both bedrooms are upstairs. Family bathroom with bath and over bath shower, the bathroom has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. Downstairs there is an open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room. Small enclosed gated patio/garden to the front of the property.
