Holiday houses in Chuari Khas

I stayed at Sangay's place for two nights alongwith my husband. I must say the room met our expectations. It was neat and tidy, bathroom was clean. It is easily reachable using map. The neighborhood is amazing with market at a walkable distance. Mr. Tenzin was very friendly and helped us with local recommendations. Maantu bhaiya, the caretaker, was very proactive and took care of our needs. The Airbnb has an attached Italian Cafe, Dakini House. It serves amazing food with a breathtaking view. The staff here were young and jovial. All in all we loved our stay here. Totally recommend this place to anyone travelling to Mcleodganj. Ps. Do spend a few extra bucks and book a room with the window view. You won't regret it at all. :)

It was my honeymoon trip and the stay at shuag valley view homestay just made it WoWw. The view is just tremendously jaw dropping. The carvings, the interior, and the hospitality everything is fantastic. I would like to suggest to upcoming guests, Please, please, please do try atleast one time meal prepared by Mr. Kuldeep. He is a Ace of Chefs. I tried Rajma rice (Desi orgainc Rajma), and Kadhi Rice. I bet whoever try it once, will definitely come back for the taste. Also on individual level Mr. Kuldeep is wonderful person. Thanks for everything, May God will fulfill all your dreams.🙏🏿 I would also suggest the guests, please keep the Luggage at minimalist because to reach at the property there is a trek of around 300 metre approx. But its worth the experience.

I had a great time at Shivam's Airbnb, the view from this room is wonderful, the hosts are warm and responsive, the place is away from the crowds (even if it's a bit of a hike); there are also amazing trails within 3min walk from the house. The room itself is very cozy with plenty of blankets, sitting area, a kettle; the bathroom was a bit basic and could use more insolation and some toilet paper.

With the most beautiful sunset in the area to beautiful forest trails around to a very helpful staff, Ashish's place is a perfect for anyone who wishes to stay away from noise and crowd.

It was really nice staying at "Shant Kuti". Beautifully maintained by caretakers - Pritpal and Tilak. The food was really tasty, all amenities were provided. It was like home away from home. They have a fixed menu per person, if you opt for their food service, inform them in advance and it is very reasonable amount. It was tough to use the switches in every room due to 3 pin required for them, an extension in every room would be really helpful. Currently extension was provided only in one of the room which is on the first floor. Regarding the way to the property: the caretaker will come to guide you to the property. The inner way to the property is narrow, just enough for one car. Drive slow in that area as there is no boundary on one side. The parking place is for 2 cars easily. Must recommend for everyone and have dinner/lunch/breakfast at the property which is tasty and cost effective.

Ria is great host, they are a lovely family. We had to extend our stay last minute and Ria was kind enough to allow her space. If you prefer to be midst the nature away from the chaos this place is definitely worth. Her sourdough breads, jams , muesli and much more is definitely worth trying. Please have food prepared by her its health. Everything is fresh. Ria's apouse Hari Das ji is a wonderful person. He is a trek guide and it was great experience to have him along to explore few places. Ria and her family are disciplined and they close their day early, so ensure to be mindful of this. in case you step out late evening/return late night ensure to get your water jug filled or any other support required before you leave so that there is no need of bothering them at late hours. It was a wonderful experience to stay here, made new friends and memories. Regards, Priyanka & Raj

It was an amazing experience at Saurabh’s property. A newly built property with all amenities and a very friendly host. Though the property was near to the bus stand, it did not have any disturbances or noise as usually found in properties near bus stands. A very peaceful location with the Mall Road at a walking distance from the property. The Apna Adda which is a veg restaurant and the Lallu restaurant which had non-vegetarian menu were the best and I ate all my meals for six days of my stay from these two restaurants. Saurabh’s guide book had listed everything in Dalhousie and he was always around to help with the best recommendations. Saurabh also went that extra mile to support the mission I was riding for. The rooms were very large with all the amenities and a good balcony. It was very neatly maintained. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Dalhousie
