Beachfront holiday rental in Chuburná

Miguel was extremely attentive and took care of us with any questions we had. He is an amazing host and i greatly recommend this stay. House is a block away from the beach and like 2 blocks from a convenience store. Port progreso is in a 15 min drive and everything is close by. Would definitely stay again!

Bonita casa, con cocina / utensilios, y kayaks para la playa. Zona tranquila, puedes sentir la privacidad y disfrutar de la playa. Siempre atentos y responden rápido a las dudas que puedas tener... Buenas recomendaciones para tours y restaurantes.

Vanne excelente anfitrión en todo momento atenta a las necesidades que surgía, la casa muy cómoda y excelente ubicación de playa. La playa muy bonita se puede meter uno sin preocupaciones. Amaneceres y atardeceres de lujo lo recomiendo y lo más importante la atención de Vanne un lujo de persona claro que volveremos me sentí como en casa. Muchas gracias

La casa es muy linda, muy bien amoblada tanto en los muebles como en utencilios de cocina, decorada con buen gusto y muy de acuerdo a el lugar. La vista es hermosa con el mar en frente, un lugar privado sin multitudes y tranquilo.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia, tuvimos días de relajación frente al mar, con el sonido de las olas, la casa tiene una magnífica ubicación y la decoración con palmeras de coco la convierten en un paraíso realmente acogedor, realmente disfrutamos el lugar, ideal para descansar y disfrutar con la familia. Mis hijos se divirtieron mucho, disfrutaron de la piscina y de la playa. La anfitriona fue muy atenta y amable en todo momento. Muchas gracias!!!!!

It's really one of the best places I've stayed in, the sunset of the place doesn't do justice to the photos, it's wonderful! My family had an incredible time! The house is fully habitable has absolutely everything you need for your stay and the administrator was always super friendly and communicated frequently. Although there is a tenant in the back space, we never had any problem, we didn't really notice his presence. Dulce, thank you very much for this wonderful space, we will definitely return soon.

La casa es fantástica para ir en familia o con amigos. Está muy cerca del centro de Progreso pero justo donde acaba el malecón, así que es muy tranquilo y la playa está perfecta y sin gente la mayoría del tiempo. Abisai es muy amable y ayuda con todo lo que necesitas. La pasamos muy bien ☺️👍🏻

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled all over Mexico and this trip was my favorite. The place is beautiful, right on the water! There was plenty of drinking/cooking water provided. Lots to do in the surrounding areas. I would recommend renting a car to make exploring easier. If you’re a beach lover, this is the place! Rossy also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and site seeing. Although our favorite part of our trip was our beach days at the house. Thank you so much, Rossy! We WILL be back!

Desde el día uno Christine estuvo al pendiente, súper flexibles y amables, la casa tiene una ubicación privilegiada y cuenta con todo lo necesario (y hasta más), cerca de establecimientos para hacer las compras o salir a comer-cenar, la alberca y la playa fueron ese plus que hizo el viaje maravilloso, no se pierdan los atardeceres ni amaneceres en la playa o a la orilla de la alberca, definitivamente 10 de 10, muchas gracias por todas sus atenciones 😊

The place was very homey. Typical older beach house feel, but had everything we needed. The AC in the bedrooms made it very comfortable at night and the fans in the main areas kept it tolerable even on the hottest days. The best part of the house is the back patio with private pool and the immediate beach access right off the patio. Super beautiful and relaxing. Sunsets were beautiful from the back patio. We found tons of really neat shells almost every day, just walking the beach a bit. The ocean was calm and shallow most mornings and my 7 year old daughter loved swimming in it. Most days we saw no one on the beach. The water pressure in the showers was what you would expect from an older house in a small Mexican town. The provided sand toys were really great for my daughter. Overall it was a great stay and we’d recommend it.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Karla’s place! The location was great - not too far from airport, the town has lots of great and cheap local restaurants, area is beautiful, easy to do day trips to Chichen Itza, Uxmal, cenotes, etc! The house itself is gorgeous, we loved the pool and the location to the beach. There are so many bathrooms, including outdoor an bathroom and shower, so cleanup after the beach was extremely convenient! We loved seeing the flamingos fly over us on the beach! It was nice to know that the housekeeper Raul was nearby in case we needed anything to had questions. Our stay was 10000/10, we would love to come back again!

La casa está maravillosa, la distribución de los cuartos da mucha privacidad y ayuda mucho que cada una tiene su propio baño. Es una casa segura para niños pequeños y familias grandes con personas adultas mayores. El mar en esta zona de Yucatán es muy tranquilo incluso para niños, siempre con supervisión, pudimos nadar muy bien en el mar y disfrutamos mucho la alberca. Tiene de todo para cocinar y no salir de casa. Juan es excelente anfitrión e Iveth y su esposo también siempre estuvieron atentos a nuestras dudas. Un día nos tocó la puerta un Sr que vendía pescado pero también lo cocinaba, si toca la puerta cuando estés no dudes encargarle, nosotros le pedimos un huachinango de 5 kilos y un kilo de ceviche de pescado, estuvo increíble. Yucatán y esta casa simplemente maravillosos.

La villa de Maria Elena est extraordinaire. Très spacieuse, nous avions tous le confort requis. Extrêmement bien équipée, tout le monde y trouvait son compte. Que l’on parle d’ustensiles de cuisine, de serviettes de plages, de meubles pour bébé, de jeux de société, de jouets pour le sable ou d’équipement pour activités extérieures, tout y était. Les lits étaient très confortables. Nous étions 6 adultes, 2 enfants et 2 bébés et tout le monde avait son espace. Les communications avec Maria Elena étaient extrêmement faciles et rapides. Elle nous a fait plusieurs suggestions de restaurants et d’activités. Durant notre séjour, nous avons utilisé les services de Jackie et Toño, le couple qui prend soin de la résidence. Ce sont des gens remarquables et grandement attentionnés. Ils ont préparé les repas pendant la majorité de notre séjour et tout était excellent. Je recommande énormément d’utiliser leur service car ils étaient vraiment géniaux, point fort de notre voyage. Nous reviendrons.

Nuestra estancia en este Airbnb fue muy agradable. El lugar es tal como se muestra en las fotos, con áreas de estancia muy cómodas que invitan al descanso. Algo que nos encantó fue que la playa es como una alberca, ideal para relajarse y disfrutar sin preocuparse por las olas. Todo estaba limpio y bien cuidado, y el ambiente general es muy tranquilo. El anfitrión fue atento y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier duda. Definitivamente recomendamos este lugar y no dudamos en volver.

Hicimos un viaje en familia extendida donde pudimos convivir todos ya que los espacios son muy adecuados para alojar 16 personas comodamente y los amenities de primera. El área de Tulumcito te permite resguardarte del viento y le da un toque muy comodo sin tener a restaurantes. El servicio de Victor y Concha (que se tienen que contratar aparte) fueron muy utiles y su ayuda a cocinar y mantener el orden fueron de gran ayuda. Asi mismo nos permitió hacer actividades en grupo de Padel y foot ball asi como kitear desde la comodicad de la casa. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar, todos los que estuvimos en el viaje (desde 85 hasta 8 años), estuvimos de acuerdo que mucho del exito del viaje fue haber elegido el lugar correcto. Volveremos el proximo año. Gracias!

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí por estancias de más de una semana y siempre quedo fascinada por la tranquilidad que ofrece el espacio, los bellos paisajes y la zona muy segura para estar y salir a caminar, alejada del bullicio que ofrecen playas mucho más concurridas. Extiendo mis más amplia recomendación si desean pasar unos gratos y muy tranquilos días de descanso .

Las fotos no le hacen justicia a la casa! si, es una casa rustica pero divina!! excelente decoración, lugar seguro para dormir, el área de la piscina frente al mar es fabulosa. Definitivamente regresaremos. Cabe mencionar que parece que le acaban de dar mantenimiento completo a la casa porque se veía recién pintada.

This home is so peaceful and in a wonderful location. Right on the beach and very close to the center of the town. Great restaurants close by. Very friendly locals. The house is comfortable and the patios on the beach side are fabulous. The swing on the second level patio is hard to peel yourself off of. The kitchen is well stocked with any items needed for cooking. Another bonus is the pool with lovely fountains. Northon and Dory are gracious hosts and always available and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed my stay so much. Thanks for sharing your lovely home! I will be back.

I almost hate to write this review for fear that everyone will immediately recognize the beauty of this home and its location and look to book it--which would spoil my future plans to come back!!! In all seriousness, Sylvain's house is a treasure. It is beautiful inside-- I loved the living room kitchen area. The master bedroom and bath are fantastic. And the pool is actually a real pool (not a tiny square box that is dug into the ground and called a pool so that an owner can check the pool box on the listing). The pool is right off of the main living quarters and is spacious with ample deck and chairs to lounge if that is your preference. But the real beauty is the ocean--unbelievably pristine beach, completely secluded, gorgeous waters, just perfect. And the house is right there--on the beach, less than a stone's throw away. It was captivating and beautiful. I do recommend arriving to check in during daylight. It is difficult to find the house at night because there is no light.

This house was absolutely delightful — beautifully arranged and full of charm. Everything felt thoughtfully placed, creating a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The access to the beach is especially lovely, with a charming path surrounded by small plants that adds a sense of privacy when you’re at home. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return!

Como familia buscamos una casa con una increible vista y la casa de Rashid supero la expectativa. Pasamos 4 maravilllosos días disfrutando de la alberca, el acceso al mar y amaneceres y atardeceres increibles. La casa es tal cual las fotografias, tal cual la descripción. Cerca hay tienditas para realizar tus compras, lugares para comer/cenar y al estar cerca de Puerto Progreso tienes basicamente de todo. La zona es muy tranquila, nos sentimos seguros en todo momento y con privacidad suficiente. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia comoda ya que es grande y espaciosa con una cocina bien equipada. El acceso fue sencillo y Rashid fue flexible con el tema de nuestra llegada lo cual agradecemos mucho. Si buscas algo con una vista increible esta es la opción!!!
