Super clean and very spacious apartment! Has everything you need for a home away from home. Cute pool area and rooftop patio. Responsive host!! I had requested a hair dryer and they delivered it that same day!! Very much appreciated! Also a small convenience store across the street with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh juice everyday! Loved this stay while enjoying Progreso for the first time!

Enjoyed the residence and the amenities. There was some road noise but nothing too late at night. Mario was very responsive and helpful. He was proactive, reaching out to see if we needed anything. Definitely would recommend.

Desde el día uno Christine estuvo al pendiente, súper flexibles y amables, la casa tiene una ubicación privilegiada y cuenta con todo lo necesario (y hasta más), cerca de establecimientos para hacer las compras o salir a comer-cenar, la alberca y la playa fueron ese plus que hizo el viaje maravilloso, no se pierdan los atardeceres ni amaneceres en la playa o a la orilla de la alberca, definitivamente 10 de 10, muchas gracias por todas sus atenciones 😊

My family and I had an amazing stay at Karla’s place! The location was great - not too far from airport, the town has lots of great and cheap local restaurants, area is beautiful, easy to do day trips to Chichen Itza, Uxmal, cenotes, etc! The house itself is gorgeous, we loved the pool and the location to the beach. There are so many bathrooms, including outdoor an bathroom and shower, so cleanup after the beach was extremely convenient! We loved seeing the flamingos fly over us on the beach! It was nice to know that the housekeeper Raul was nearby in case we needed anything to had questions. Our stay was 10000/10, we would love to come back again!

This house was outstanding. Just as described, however being there is even better. You have a private beach and pool. The area is very private and safe right across from a Police station, and they are always patrolling the beach area, always felt safe. The place is very quiet, and perfect for families. There is a very good taco place very close and a Pizza place. The house had everything we needed, and came equipped with an alarm system for peace of mind, however Progreso felt very safe. Merida is only a short drive, lots of things to do there too. I would recommend renting a car, it would make life easier. And lastly, Jose was an outstanding host, made instructions very clear and his response time is very fast, I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I would totally go back. 100% recommend.

La villa de Maria Elena est extraordinaire. Très spacieuse, nous avions tous le confort requis. Extrêmement bien équipée, tout le monde y trouvait son compte. Que l’on parle d’ustensiles de cuisine, de serviettes de plages, de meubles pour bébé, de jeux de société, de jouets pour le sable ou d’équipement pour activités extérieures, tout y était. Les lits étaient très confortables. Nous étions 6 adultes, 2 enfants et 2 bébés et tout le monde avait son espace. Les communications avec Maria Elena étaient extrêmement faciles et rapides. Elle nous a fait plusieurs suggestions de restaurants et d’activités. Durant notre séjour, nous avons utilisé les services de Jackie et Toño, le couple qui prend soin de la résidence. Ce sont des gens remarquables et grandement attentionnés. Ils ont préparé les repas pendant la majorité de notre séjour et tout était excellent. Je recommande énormément d’utiliser leur service car ils étaient vraiment géniaux, point fort de notre voyage. Nous reviendrons.

Maravillosa ubicación con la sensación de que se siente como una playa privada debido a la tranquilidad de los alrededores. Todas las áreas de la casa son espaciosas y tienen esa sensación de playa. La vista desde el dormitorio principal es impresionante. Carlos es muy atento . Abel y su esposa siempre estuvieron al pendiente de lo que necesitáramos . Villa Kakashki es un lugar que debes visitar si quieres disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables .

La casa es altamente recomendable. Es sumamente funcional, con espacios amplios y una limpieza impecable. El living-comedor es muy cómodo, ideal para relajarse o trabajar. Para quienes trabajan online, como es mi caso, es un lugar excelente: cuenta con buen internet, una mesa de trabajo, distintos tipos de sillas y un ambiente agradable. La cocina está completamente equipada para estancias largas y es muy cómoda. Francisco, el anfitrión, estuvo siempre disponible y atento. Si bien la casa es espectacular, el pueblo de Chelém no es el mejor destino para turistas. Las calles tienen bastante basura y materiales de construcción esparcidos, lo que afecta su apariencia. Las playas tampoco son las mejores: no tienen mucha arena y no son ideales para caminar. Dicho esto, si el motivo de la estadía es el trabajo o cualquier otra razón que no dependa del atractivo del pueblo, esta casa es simplemente perfecta.

Excelente todo, muy atentos y cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse en casa sin dura en otra ocasión que regresemos será nuestro lugar preferido

Beautiful secluded place great for respite. Very nice family with the parents next door who are wonderful people. Uber is available sometimes it takes 20 minutes to get there so plan accordingly to head into Progresso for restaurants and shopping & groceries.

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

Óscar siempre estuvo al pendiente, súper atento y amable, el alojamiento está más que excelente, tiene todo lo que necesitas y más para pasar unos días increíbles, la próxima vez que regrese seguramente me volveré a hospedar con él.

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.

I very much enjoyed my stay. I had no reason to contact Roxana but she reached out to me to ask how things were.
