The apartment was beautiful. It was just like the pictures, the amenities were amazing and we really enjoyed our stay there. As for the host, Juan Carlos was very friendly and gave un great recommendations.

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. It had everything you needed and even more for a pleasant stay.

The response time was excellent, we did request extra beach and bath towels and they arrived within 24 hours of requesting. Thank you to you and your team for everything. Also the onsite te of Antonio and his wife are amazing!

The location is great, very close to malecón, the place is very comfortable. Claudia was always helpful and easy to reach, very accommodating to the changing situation I had in my trip, highly recommend the place

The building is very clean and both the pool and the beach are worth it. The departmentamente spacious, sufficient rooms and good size, all with bathroom. It just didn't cool the main air. But everything was very good.

The accommodation is exactly what it promises; excellent location, very close to the Visas Attention Center, in the center, is very comfortable, cool, has a small pool to cool off after the heat of Mérida. If the purpose of your trip to Mérida includes the U.S. visa process. US this is your place.

Loved staying at Betzabeth's house in Chelem! It was peaceful and had great views of the ocean from the balcony. The best part is the location. You are literally a 1-minute walk from the beach. We took a refreshing swim every morning! That particular stretch of beach was the most peaceful in Chelem that we encountered. Betzabeth & her handyman Cresencio were very helpful. We requested a "higher tier" internet plan to work online & Betzabeth got that sorted out for us pretty quickly, which was appreciated. The kitchen was fully stocked, washer & dryer included, A/C in all rooms, & a Smart TV. Since it is a new listing, there are some initial hiccups to sort out. The Airbnb map location given was incorrect in Google Maps. Type in "Casa Rosa" instead to find the apartment. It's closer to the east end of Chelem than downtown Chelem. Due to the concrete walls, the internet signal doesn't carry into the guest bedroom - works fine in master bedroom & living area; a wifi extender would help.

It is a very cozy space. The ocean view is amazing! Around there are shops and some places to eat, there is a village with more options nearby. The pool, though small, allowed us to cool off. The service of our super friendly hosts! I recommend it without hesitation!

Omar was a responsive host. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The location was great and clean. Plenty of towels and cutlery. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in downtown with nearby access to restaurants. One thing I’d suggest: the shower needs a sliding door or curtain to prevent water from spraying out onto the floor.

Everything was excellent. Clear instructions for getting there, using the facilities, etc. etc. Everything is as shown in the photos, with everything you need to spend a few days and close to shops, restaurants and markets. Very nice apartment, thank you so much for everything.

The accommodation was perfect, the location is very good, two blocks from the beach. The building is in very good condition and the kitchen is very well equipped. I would definitely stay at the place again.

It was an incredible stay, Maria was super friendly and attentive at all times since we arrived, we enjoyed the days there a lot, the accommodation is just like in the photos and it is a super quiet area and close to the beach. I would definitely like to stay there again.

We had a great stay from start to finish! The place was very clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. 5:30am - Wake up in a luxurious bed looking out at the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Make a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise from the spacious balcony with new and comfortable furniture. Watch the pelicans gracefully float overhead as you drink your second cup of coffee. 7:00am - Go for a walk on the sandy beach as the water laps at your ankles. Discover various species of fish and rays as the morning sun radiates on your skin. 8:30 - Get into the water with kayaks and paddleboards provided with the unit. Refresh in the cool, shallow water. 10:00am - Prepare a delicious, healthy breakfast in the clean, large, incredibly furnished kitchen (blender, air fryer, micro, etc.) 11:00am - Relax and read by the sparkling clean pool 5:00PM - Enjoy a cold martini on the heavenly balcony watching the sun set over the western waters 6:30PM - Chow down on the delicious pizza made by the cohost who lives just below the unit. (try the Ricardo Special) Repeat tomorrow. Six stars!

An excellent option to stay!!

My experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was spotless, well-equipped and perfectly located near all the main amenities and attractions. The decor is cozy and modern, which makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. In addition, the host's service was exceptional: always available for any questions and attentive to details to make sure my stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality. I hope to be back soon!
