A wonderful stay on Luquina Chico with Albano and his family. We learnt a lot about life on Lake Titicaca, we could choose to participate in local activities as well as having time to enjoy the view, tranquility and fresh air. We enjoyed a picturesque and informative walk with Albano to Karina beach. Every meal was a delicious wholesome feast (Gladys and Albano are super chefs). Also easy to arrange a trip to Taquile island from Luquino Chico.

Luis, Antonia and their children welcomed us with open arms! We really were part of the family during our stay. Great times shared! The accommodation is by the lake, Llachon is a small village that allows you to immerse yourself in typical Peruvian life. We will keep very good memories of our stay. Thanks again Luis and Antonia!

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful weekend staying with the Cristobal family. The whole family including their son was so welcoming, from taking us to see beautiful places on the island to cooking us delicious meals and being very patient with our bad Spanish!! Our room was really comfortable with a beautiful view and having meals overlooking the lake every day was a real treat. The stars at night were one of the most amazing things I've seen. Irene makes beautiful knitted goods which you can buy and Sergio and Lider were excellent guides, answering all our questions about the island and teaching us some Quechua. We cannot recommend enough visiting Amantaní and staying with the Cristobal family, it has been a highlight of our trip to Peru.

The accommodation is just amazing. With a prime location, I highly recommend it. In addition to this, Yoel comes to pick you up at the port in a very well-prepared boat, a very attentive host. We asked for dinner and wine to be brought to us, warm and delicious. I would certainly repeat again

We really loved our stay with Eduardo and Gloria, and we were sad to leave after two nights. The space was so comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. We were able to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, with help on hand if required! The shower wasn’t particularly strong or warm, but there was plenty of blankets and a heater provided so we never felt cold! Eduardo was kind enough to show us round the community, although unfortunately we did feel slightly pressured to spend money on the local handicrafts. Would highly recommend, such a beautiful experience!

We had a wonderful time staying at Pedro's with his lovely wife and their two cute dogs. The house is beautiful and historic and they are so friendly, welcoming, warm and great to chat to. The dogs too were so cute and we loved playing with them! They provided enough blankets to keep warm and we were also able to do our laundry for a good price too. The location is walkable to anywhere you want to go.

this is a divine romantic place for great relaxation and enjoying nature. here the hostess cooks very tasty food, especially from trucha fish. the owner is a very nice person and can solve any problems. also i swam in the lake here, although it is cold, but for those who are hardened and prepared, they will like it. i asked to take me by boat to the middle of the lake for a few soles and swam there. the water is clean and transparent. here you need to be prepared that it is cool here, especially in the morning, so you need to take warm clothes with you, but at lunchtime i even sunbathed here in swimming trunks, because there was a lot of sun and warmth. and this divine jacuzzi, which gave special pleasure in cold weather, when you know that it is raining outside, and you enjoy the warmth. it is very quiet and secluded here. beautiful sunsets and sunrises. if you are tired of work and want to calm your nerves, maybe think about serious things in a calm environment or just relax well
