Hi, I'm honored that you're viewing my listing. The house is located in a residential area in Chuo-ku, Osaka. It is a single-family building with 2 floors and 3 bedrooms in a small alley. The surrounding area is quiet and relaxing. The security management is good. Transportation is convenient. The house is 650 meters away from “Tanimachi 6-chome” and “Tanimachi 9-chome” subway stations. Distance to Kintetsu Nara Line: 650m to Osaka Uehonmachi, one subway stop directly to Dotonbori, two stops directly to Shinsaibashi. The 4 lines are very convenient. This listing is a house that I renovated with my designer friend for two years. There were many twists and turns in the middle, and the style chosen is a combination of Japanese and modern, that is, to meet the needs of contemporary facilities. It also allows everyone to experience the local Japanese lifestyle. Due to Japan's land scarcity and compactness. Most single-family houses have some light blocked by neighbors. The light on the first floor is relatively weak, and the bedroom on the second floor is better. Since Japanese sliding windows don't block light, I provided everyone with blackout curtains. Since it is the first time to renovate the house, a lot of the work was done by myself, including purchasing, installation, etc. I don't have much experience (you may see bubbles in the wallpaper on the second floor, the carpet is not perfectly cut, etc.), but I still try my best to make it look good. Please read everything. It is located in the center of Namba, so it is easy to go anywhere. The price is quite cheap for Namba neighborhood. You can walk to Kuromon Market, America-mura, Shinsaibashi, Namba Parks, Namba city, Otaku Road, and Denden Town. From Nihonbashi Station, you can go to Kyoto and Nara without changing trains. There is no elevator, so you need to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor. If you specify the time, the staff will come to help. It is self check-in, but I am nearby, so please contact me immediately if you need me.
