Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Chuo Ward

Apartment was well cared for, cozy and the kitchen was well stocked. Real plants were a nice touch and we enjoyed the view from the 18th floor. Location was not the most charming part of the city but very walkable. I would not recommend this place for families traveling with small children because they would not help us arrange for a travel crib. Instead they recommended a nearby rental service that was then closed for the days we were visiting. This led to 3 nights of poor sleep!

This apartment was lovely - exactly what was shown in the photos. Top floor views were beautiful. Across the road from a lovely park with playground and easy access to subway. Would definitely stay again.

A l’écoute, réactif, tout était impeccable ! Nous avons même pu partir plus tard sur demande et sans payer de supplément. Bien placé à quelques stations de la gare de Sapporo, proche du parc et de toutes commodités. Je recommande vivement :) nous le recommanderons pour sur !

깔끔한 시설과 20층 전망이 너무 마음에 들었습니다 주변 교통도 좋고 1~2키로 정도 걷는걸 좋아하신다면 스스키노역에서 20분내외로 걸어서 도착 가능하고 전차도 이용가능해서 접근성 나쁘지 않습니다. 주변에 편의점과 식당도여러곳 있습니다

We really enjoyed our stay. Pretty basic accommodation, but worked well for what we needed. 5-minute drive from the parking area at Grand Hirafu, which seemed to be the best of the 4 base areas at Niseko. Shower was a little funky, but once we figured it out the water pressure was strong and plenty of hot water. It was just my son and me, so we had simple needs, but I would definitely stay there again as a skiing crash pad with other guys. I would not, however, bring a wife/girlfriend/fiance or anyone else that wouldn't be happy with simple and basic accommodations.

Our group had an amazing time at this Airbnb! We loved the view from the top floor and all the listed amenities. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The apartment was so clean as well and of course they provided little house slippers for everyone. We loved the onsen room as well. It doesn't really look like it in the picture, but 4 adults can fit in there. The ski locker room was incredibly nice too. There are boot warmers for the whole building and a place to lock up your skis. The room is super warm too so no worries about leaving stuff overnight. Another amenity that wasn't listed was the car service the property provides. They drove us around Hirafu and while it's mostly walkable, getting dropped off at the lifts every morning felt magical. There were a lot of great restaurants and bars nearby as well. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to a group visiting Niseko!

5박 6일 동안 아주 만족스럽게 지내고 왔습니다. 숙소는 스스키노 중심지에서 도보로 7~8분 정도, 세네 블록 거리로 가까워 이동이 편리했어요. 주변에는 라멘 맛집이 두 곳이나 있고, 조금만 걸으면 분위기 좋은 사케바나 위스키 바도 있어 먹고 마시고 즐기기에 최적의 위치였습니다. 숙소는 매우 청결하게 관리되어 있었고, 주변도 조용해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었어요. 덕분에 매일 아침 상쾌하게 일어날 수 있었습니다. 주방 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 간단한 요리를 해 먹기에도 전혀 불편함이 없었고요. TV 대신 빔프로젝터를 사용하는 점은 호불호가 갈릴 수 있지만, 조명을 어둡게 하고 보는 영화 한 편은 또 다른 매력이 있었습니다. 작은 문제가 하나 있었는데, 연락 드리자 빠르게 대응해 주셔서 더욱 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 다음에 또 스스키노에 간다면 재방문 의사 100%입니다!

Great responsive host to work with. The place was spacious and well-maintained. Also appreciate the English signs scattered around the rooms describing how each appliance can be used. Appreciate the attention to detail!

友達4人でスタンダードワイドに泊まりました。写真ではドア横のベット下は無く荷物置きにできると考えていたが実際は小さなテーブルと椅子が2つ置いてあったのでみんな大荷物で行くと置き場所に多少困るかなと思いました。しかし、お風呂、トイレ、洗面台が各2つあったのでとても助かりました。スリッパを履いて歩くと滑るので小さなお子様やお年寄りの方は気をつけないと大きく滑る可能性があるのかなと思いました。 新千歳空港からはバスで1時間ちょっとで行くことができるのでよかったです！ また泊まりたいと思うホテルでした！

We had a wonderful stay at the Snow Crystal penthouse unit. Special thanks to Tara and Charles who made it even special, they gave restaurant recos and accommodated all our needs. On the 2nd day, they even gave us a cake for my mom’s bday. It was very thoughtful. The unit was very homey, it has everything we need. We will comeback again in the future.

部屋が綺麗だった。周り買い物、コンビニがあってとても便利です。また今度泊まりたいです。
