Crofter's Barn, Nether Westcote, Cotswolds

Tucked away in a conservation area, in the heart of the Cotswold village of Nether Westcote, Crofter’s Barn is a delightful rural escape, just for two. This former threshing barn dates back to the 18th century and is packed with original features including stunning beams and stone walls, and offers space and privacy, both inside and out, in abundance. The interiors are light and airy thanks to the sympathetic conversion into a beautiful holiday home and the stone fireplace is a real focal point.

Situated in a sleepy Cotswold farming village private drive, small garden/patio area. There are lots of stunning walks on the door step and we are close to many Cotswold attractions including Diddly Squat Farm and The Farmers Dog pub. This totally unique silo conversion is situated in the middle of our working farm, and enjoys lovely southwest country views and golden afternoon light. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one small sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and a quiet location that is easily accessible to some of the most popular villages in the Cotswolds (ie Burford, Charlbury, Stow and Chipping Norton). Lots of local footpaths for long walks, and pets welcome (2 dogs maximum) for an additional fee.
