Lord street just 150m and Promanade just 50m stroll making this a fantastic location to enjoy what Southport has to offer. As a ground floor self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave air frier washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a 55" smart television and internet access. There is also a cosy small enclosed courtyard where guests can enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a extra comfy kindsize bed. There is one modern newly installed bathroom with large walk in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Unique Grade II listed cottage situated in the quaint village of Churchtown. Please note that we have a strict NO parties/gatherings policy at the cottage. Pretty annexe property nestled behind the main house. Very quiet location set within the garden space. Off road parking Semi rural location yet a 5 minute walk to the local convenience store. Beautiful Churchtown village only a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk away, with pubs, restaurants, & independent shops etc. Southport town centre and famous Lord Street a 15 minute drive. Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

To the front of the cottage is a large patio area with table & chairs, plenty of outdoor space, we are ideally situated for some of the North Wests finest golf courses.

This property is self contained annexe, with one double bedroom, open plan living/kitchen area and one bathroom with a large walk-in shower. (Please be aware it is an electric shower with medium water pressure) Making the property suitable for up to two adults ( Not suitable for infants or children due to a large pond directly outside the property).
