I really like the place because it has an open space and spots for chit chat with your friends which makes the atmosphere even warmer. Every corner is aesthetic, complemented by the perfect interior.

Overall a great experience for staying with families. The design was so appealing in minimalist fashion. Some detail to improve is the cleanliness (candle in bathtub is a bit dirty from dirt, blinds were stained, etc). With the price range you’d expect to get more amenities (they don’t have lotion or other personal touches).

Davin is a great host. He was very responsive to my queries and was helpful to address my issues before the trip. I would also like to commend the check in staff, Devi. She is the sweetest and welcome us so warmly. She is also very responsive. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The place is spacious and in good condition. We enjoyed our stay.

We love this place! We are stay with 8 adults, 2 kids & 2 babies. The room is neat and clean, the kitchen is 👍🏽, they provide shampoo & shower gel. are having fun with the pool. Melinda is very clear with the instruction to enter the house. We will be back for sure! ❤️

Bersih, nyaman, banyak jendela jadi sejuk. Tapi lebih baik lagi kalau alat makan dipastikan bersih sebelum tamu masuk, karena agak bau kecoa, mungkin karena kelamaan disimpan di lemari. Penjaga juga mungkin bisa lebih ramah dan komunikatif ke tamu. Tapi overall happy stay disini!

ukuran villa cukup luas untuk beberapa keluarga yakni 3-4 keluarga ditambah dengan smart lock membuat kami aman dan tidak risau. kelebihan lainnya disetiap ruangan memiliki AC, berbagai macam games dan perlengkapan rumah tangga yang komplit. pada lantai 2, terdapat total 3 ruang kamar dengan kabinet yang modern pun 2 toilet. Terakhir, adanya rooftop menambah ambience liburan semakin seru dan hangat❤️❤️

Andrew’s place is very clean and comfortable. Strategic location and communication was very easy. Worth every penny and will definitely come back again.

Saya sangat merekomendasikan penginapan ini untuk siapa pun yang mencari tempat staycation di Bandung, khususnya di area Cigadung. Overall, tempatnya super comfy! Interiornya aesthetic, ruangan luas, dan yang paling penting: bersihhhh banget, benar-benar terjaga kebersihannya dari kamar tidur sampai kamar mandi. Suasananya juga sangat nyaman dan tenang, cocok untuk istirahat ataupun WFH. Dari segi keamanan juga cukup aman, jadi bikin makin tenang selama menginap. Definitely akan balik lagi ke sini!

Simple and reasonably priced, good for family.

Good place to stay. All in facility, all kitchen necessity are available. Big refrigerator. Close to the city and easy access for transportation, especially if you are coming from out of town by train, travel, or else.

Stayed here for a week with my family. The location is strategic, quite near to a lot of the shopping malls. The house is comfortable, clean & had all the amenities we need. I am glad that we can cooked our own food (although no rice cooker) & washed our clothes (using the washing machine). I am also glad that water dispenser is provided. Got TV and WiFi. Kudos also to Arqam for catering to all our requests and queries. Overall, worth the price, recommended 👍

I recently stayed at a villa in Bandung with my closest friends, and it was honestly one of the most refreshing short trips we’ve had in a while. The vibe of the place was super cozy and peaceful, perfect for escaping the chaos of the city. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home.

I would highly recommend this place. Spacious, clean, quiet, near from a lot of restaurant, and responsive helper. Would definitely come back to this place if i want to go to bandung again!

Wonderful stay at Philanto! Beautifully designed, clean, plenty of rooms and each has their own bathrooms which was handy! Swimming pool and outdoor hangout spot was so well designed. And the upper living area was epic with beautiful view. Exceeded expectations and the well priced. Thanks Ria for a great stay!
