Nice place to stay Easy access to everywhere and i really enjoying the view from the balcon and alot facilities . Also nice host and good communicate . I hope next time can stay at here again! 👌⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The environment is very good, but shopping and eating are a little inconvenient, the housekeeper is very considerate, take the motorbike out to buy things.

The place looks like exactly like the photos here. Super recommended. Pandu is extremely proactive and responsive host

We stayed here as a group of six and overall had a good experience. The house isn’t very big, but it was just the right size for us. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The stairs, though, were a bit too steep and narrow, so just something to keep in mind, especially if you’re traveling with kids or anyone with mobility issues. The house has three floors btw. The only downside was the air conditioning in the living room—it didn’t cool the space quite enough for all six of us to hang out comfortably, especially during the hotter hours or when we are cooking something in the kitchen. Other than that, it was a cozy place to stay and served our needs well!

Our stay in Jakarta at Joce’s place was great! About 30 minutes from the airport which was very convenient for our travels. Lots of space to entertain our visiting large family. The best part was the beautiful backyard and pool. Our on-site family was so kind. They made sure we were well taken care of and even played with our 3 year old. They felt like family and took good care of us. We would come back!

The villa is very spacious, ideal size for family/company gathering. The villa is better than the photos. The owner was very helpful and provide everything beyond expectations. Definitely will come back!

The place is very homy. Clean. Fully furnished kitchen. But for those who bring the elderly must be careful because the stairs are quite high. Other than that, the place is lovely. ❤️

My big family and I stayed at John's for 3 days, we had fun staying there with all the complete facilities. We love the kitchen and all the utensils that come with it. The pool was also amazing, even the playroom.

Arriving at the villa we are happy with the atmosphere and the beautiful environment....but when we contact the staff it is difficult....so when there is a leak in the bathroom the staff also does not respond quickly....but overall our villa is satisfied....even though you have to mop the floor because of the dust...hopefully it will be improved for the cleanliness....

Great host and very nice villa! We enjoyed it with our family. Nice and spacious and within walking distance of supermarket and warungs. Good place to visit Jakarta and Bogor. Tip; Green terrace TMII is nearby where there are many restaurants (restaurant Tekko is delicious!) and Taman mini Indonesia can also be found here.
