I rested as comfortably as if it was my home.

Great environment and cozy area. Lots of locals who are welcoming & nice neighbors. Place is clean & fulfills the requirements of a beautiful well- kept apartment, the host was welcoming and helpful in providing more insights. Mall is within walking distance and movie theater is on the top floor.

The apartment is clean, as I expected, suitable for bringing children or families, children can play without fear of getting dust or dirty furniture. The host is also very responsive. So far there are no obstacles. Lucky me to get this apartment

To anyone who wish to stay in the Central Jakarta area (particularly close to Salemba, Cikini, & Menteng) either for one day staycation or business trip I strongly recommend to book this place. Rifan as a host also very responsive and informative in replying any message or concern from his guest. Initially I have no expectations at all in staying in this place as the only reason I book it due to its location that is very close to RSCM (Indonesian National Hospital) where I need to be there for family matters. However, with the sufficient facilities in the apartment like swimming pool, gym, and jacuzzi unexpectedly I could enjoy more of my stay. The apartment also spacious and has 2 bathrooms. Overall, should I have another need in the area, definitely will come back.

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

We had a great stay! The house was easy to find and very spacious, with plenty of common areas to relax and gather. It’s conveniently located just a short walk from a 24-hours stores/warung, which was super helpful. The parking area is large and easily fits multiple vehicles. The kitchen was well-equipped with lots of cooking and eating utensils, making meals easy to prepare. The host was very informative and flexible — really appreciated the smooth communication. Would definitely rebook this place in another opportunities!

The space is grand yet warm — allowing everyone from kids to grandparents to feel comfortable and connected. Pros: • Beautiful decor with a touch of glam and comfort — modern yet homey. • Great hospitality and responsiveness from the staff made the stay even smoother. Cons: • If you’re seeking peace and quiet, this villa’s livelier setup might feel a bit too active at times. • Some areas may feel less private due to the open flow of the space (but perfect for family vibes). Best for: Couples, small families, or individuals looking for a quiet, elegant stay.

We had a great stay at Panagiotis’s place! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, which was perfect for the weather. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals. Panagiotis was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay Overall, we were very happy and would definitely recommend this place to others!

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

Great host. Great building and location with very attentive staff. Pool and gym first class and having direct access to Kota Kasablanka Mall (one of the 90s best in Jakarta) is a bonus
