Relaxing panoramic villa

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is beautiful and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the road, which is quite busy, but it's not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very pleasant, kind and responsive host who was able to perfectly respond to our requests even if his English is basic. He was very flexible with arrival and departure times.

The accommodation is part of a hotel structure and therefore also all the rules and management (such as minibar) reflect a more hotel style than private accommodation. However, we had a nice room, equipped with a mini kitchen, very well equipped and a large living room. The bed is on the loft and is very wide and comfortable; keep in mind that the bathroom is downstairs, which is clearly indicated on the site. The hotel is very nice and refined and is located in the heart of the historic center with many shops, clubs and restaurants. That's why parking is a bit tricky and only on blue stripes. The breakfast is excellent, rich and plentiful and is served in a delicious little room with stone vaults, really suggestive. The only downside is for breakfast, which is only included for the first day, and then it becomes for a fee. I find that, considering the level of the structure and the price paid, this is really a fall of style to avoid!

We were on our way from Bari to Freiburg with our 2 year old daughter and stayed for one night, we had a great time a silvias place and could have stayed more than a day. Beautiful surrounding and place with a pool and everything you need…we‘ll come back when we’re in italy :)

Very clean apartment with everything you need. Very close to the Sferisterio and also to the Sferisterio parking lot. The stairs inside are a bit high, as mentioned in the ad. You have to be careful, especially downhill. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Everything in real life looks exactly as in the photos... The host is a nice person really cares about his guests. He is a local person who knows his "area" very well. He knows how to help with everything. We would love to come back here sometime, we will definitely recommend it to all our friends!
