The Pinta, fabulous house on the sea Vernazza

The Pinta is a historical house very close to the main street and is situated in a quiet and reserved area. The house is considered one of the most beautiful in the area, it has been finely restructured with a thought towards the landscape. It has been improved with classy furniture and has every comfort. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom equipped with a large wardrobe and a large window that has a view on the sea. This room has a seventies style bathroom. Through the large anteroom, that can host other 2 couples, you enter on the terrace that has a beautifull view on the sea of Vernazza. On the upper floor there is a big livingroom, with an incredibile stone wall that has 3 large windows that face towards the sea. In the room there is a stone fireplace that enriches the place. The livingroom has a sofabed for two, a second white sofa for 4 people, a table and six chairs. This room is directly connected with an equipped kitchen that has a view on the village. On the same floor there is a second bathroom. The furniture is very elegant and in the classical naval style, oak beamed ceilings, the floor is in an original cotto style. The Palazzo is very bright and has a great view on the sea is 130 sqm, has two bathrooms with shower, sink and wc. On the lower floor the bathroom has a bidet. The house is 300 m of distance from the station and 2 minutes from the sea. The Pinta is a nonconventional house in a strategic point ideal to merge in the beauty of the national park of the cinque terre.
