Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

Anna's apartment is clean, cozy and has everything you need for both a short and a long stay. Quiet location 10 minutes' walk from the beaches and the wonderful bike path that is worth doing. We were greeted by Luca, a very kind and welcoming person. Flexibility on both check-in and check-out. A truly super positive and recommended experience!

We spent a week in Yvonne's beautiful apartment and enjoyed the time very much. The apartment is superbly equipped and tastefully and cozily furnished. But the best thing is the view from the balcony! Here we spent many evenings. The apartment is a good starting point for a variety of activities. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, some hiking trails start right in front of the house and by train you only need a good hour from Alassio to Genoa. Ruben welcomed us very nicely and explained everything. He was also always available for questions. We highly recommend it!

Stay that far exceeded our expectations. Three floors to climb without an elevator, but when you open the door of the apartment, WOW the view!!!!!!! Splendid, magnificent. The apartment is a beautiful size with everything you need. Impeccable cleanliness!!! Marco was responsive and gave us addresses. At that time, not much was open, life was mainly in Sanremo. The beach is less than 10 minutes' walk away We made a wonderful discovery while walking. I recommend visiting the old Bussana. A ruined village where artists have taken up residence. Beautiful cedar with a very nice view. We recommend the little restaurant at the entrance to the old village where you need extra tender charcoal-grilled meat!!!! Beautiful place, incredibly serene. Better than the pictures. The view is gorgeous. Love having three bathrooms too. The balcony is where you will want to always be. And we loved Coco beach club which you can walk to easily! Super spot!!

Great accommodation, in the middle of the city, numerous restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. Still had very quiet nights. The perfect accommodation to experience Sanremo. Very nice host!

We enjoyed staying with Paula very much. The apartment is located 10 minutes drive from the sea, big enough, absolutely clean and fully equipped. Paola is a very likeable host. She is always responsive, responds immediately and gave us really helpful advice. We followed several of their recommendations and were thrilled with everyone. We highly recommend this place. We had the pleasure of interfacing with Chiara, Mr. Maurizio's daughter: a really kind, nice and very helpful person, especially with regard to the flexibility of the check-in time. After a brief presentation of the house, we immediately relaxed, enjoying the splendid view of the sea, which was truly impressive. The location is excellent: just 10 minutes from Sanremo and about 25 minutes from Ventimiglia, so it is also perfect for those who want to explore the surroundings.

Everthing was like expected. Communication was very useful and WE had a wonderful stay.

This apartment is quirky and beautiful, in a typically Italian village with sea views! We loved the traditional architecture in the apartment and artistic touches, and thoroughly enjoyed s meal at the local restaurant just across the square! We had a great stay! The location is great – the beach and many restaurants are right nearby. It seems like a place that is mainly visited by Italians themselves, which we found to be very pleasant. It was a bit noisy at night, but that's not the host's fault. We were particularly enthusiastic about road cycling in the area - a dream! Sergio's tip with Rodman was awesome, and the bike rental worked perfectly thanks to his recommendation. We were completely satisfied!

We stayed at Paula's to visit villages. The Host came to pick us up at the beginning of the road to facilitate the journey to the house. Very kind. Very quiet place with a nice terrace. Ideal for relaxing in the evening. An unforgettable holiday. Thank you

Very impressive condo with 300 degree views . Very clean . Very comfortable .

The apartment was simply great. Everything there, good kitchen, cozy bed, nice bathroom. The view is a dream. The umbrella could be a little bigger, from 10:00 a.m. the whole day sun on the balcony. But that's a luxury problem, of course. Tips: So if you are of normal constitution and want to take a bike holiday, it should be an e-bike. It goes up the mountain quite a bit. The garage is great for the bikes and almost directly at the parking space. We didn't like the restaurant in Pompeiana. It is generally worth negotiating the price for the loungers on the beach. The bike path is very nice. A short section near Riva Ligure is currently closed. We would mist definitely visit again.

We had a very nice week in the apartment! The check-in was very straightforward and the host was always easy to reach. The grocery store directly opposite was very convenient, with an ample selection. The view from the balcony to the sea was a joy every day!

after we worked our xl-bus to sant'agata, we were received very warmly. Patrizia quickly showed us everything, after that we were able to enjoy the great facility and the pool. villa angela is super well maintained and has fantastic views to the sea due to the height location, if it is not too much on the coast. Because we were there all alone, we had the nature and the great location for the 5 of us family exclusively. If all apartments are occupied, you certainly have to take more considerations, but everyone always finds plenty of space to relax. We will be back to rest. We will be back!!!

Beautiful house, comfortable, bright and spacious, very well located for those who want to visit Sanremo. We had all the advantages of being a few km from the city without the inconveniences of noise and crowds of tourists. Lorenzo welcomed us in person and gave us the tour of the property, explaining everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. During our stay he was available to answer our questions and to help us organize our outings. Thank you very much for hosting us. 🙂

A big thank you to Valeria for her hospitality, the accommodation was faithful to the description and even better. When we are there, The environment is peaceful, nature is predominant, my three-year-old daughter was amazed to see so many fireflies on the ground.
