Dreamy Loft by the Opera Theater

I was for a long time a war correspondent and, in my journeys, I always made a point of bringing back a book, a carpet, a stone, a painting, a fragment of memory so that the world may live in my Roman home. The flat is available for brief stays but also for longer periods. Being less than a block away from the Opera Theatre, it could be the perfect base for singers and musicians. Giuseppe stayed here and this is what he had to say: "The flat is in a quiet street, off Monti. When you enter, it's all very charming. It's not a regular "B&B" experience, it's the flat of a woman who travels a lot for work. The result is very stylish and warm and full of wonderful details. We stayed here for ten days and we really felt at home." The entire 70 square meters loft is at your disposal. The loft has two areas, the living area and the sleeping area. The property is located within walking distance of both the main train station, Termini, and the splendor of the Colosseum. Were you not inclined to walk, the loft is located between the two main metro lines - A and B - that take you to most of the sightseeing. There is plenty of silence and light. The light is important, I believe and the silence as well. The loft is on the 6th floor, with the elevator. Nuovissimo appartamento-Loft in pieno centro, piano terra con entrata indipendente. Luminoso, in una via tranquilla della città. A piedi gran parte dei monumenti storici: Pantheon (8 min), Trastevere (3 min), Fontana di Trevi (11 min), Campidoglio (11 min), Campo de’ Fiori (6 min), p.zza Venezia (12 min), p.zza Navona (8 min). Garage a pagamento a 30 metri. Non aspettiamo altro che ospitarvi con molto piacere, per rendere il più possibile il vostro soggiorno confortevole e pieno di bei ricordi!.

Cosy and nice one room studio with wooden floor, kitchenette, one french bed (140 cm), table , sofà, wardrobe and large bathroom with bathtub and window. Air-condition, washine machine, free wi-fi.
