We had a beautiful stay, it was a lovely spacious and clean place. We really appreciated that all the essentials were available in the apartment upon our arrival. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating.

Mark was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions I had both before booking and during our stay. His place was peaceful and relaxing, my husband and I felt right at home. The location made it easy to explore the surrounding areas, and everything we needed was close by. We’d highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle free getaway.

You won't find a better host than Lina! She was so kind and thoughtful, with helpful advice on what was happening in the area, where to shop and even provided me with some lentils when there was a shortage in the shops!!! how's that for service? I was there for 9 weeks, and Lina found the perfect balance of being helpful and available, but also allowing privacy. She was so kind and generous, but I always felt as though I was in a peaceful, secluded and relaxing locale. The home itself is beautiful, with everything you could need for a short or long stay, but not cluttered and beautifully decorated - even a couple of pieces of Lina's original artworks on the walls, which add class and a bespoke, personal touch. I cannot recommend Lina and her property highly enough, and will definitely want to stay there again the next time I'm in Perth. A beautiful place, space and host!!

Sam’s place is located in a quiet and safe area. It’s clean and cozy, with almost everything we need for the short stay. Sam responded quickly too.

I came to Perth for an event. Alan could not have been easier to deal with and provided clear instructions on initial arrival and getting settled. He provided great tips for getting around town which really helped. The unit is in a great location and. very easy to get to anywhere in the city from. Highly recommended!

Stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The house and room were clean, and the couple renting it out were friendly and welcoming. The bus stop was nearby, making it easy to get around.

My stay at Nathan’s place was exactly what I needed for some well-earned rest and relaxation after two weeks of FIFO work. The location is ideal—within easy reach of shops, a bottle shop, public transport, and just a short distance from both the city and the airport. Everything was convenient and stress-free. I’d rate the experience a solid 10 out of 10!

Nathan ist ein absolut cooler und entspannter Eigentümer,er wird dir nicht nur über die Unterkunft erzählen ,sondern auch wie man am besten in Perth herumkommt etc . außerdem hat er eine echt nette Unterkunft für einen unschlagbaren preis. Wer ein Auto oder Moped hat ist auch mit der Lage absolut bedient nur als Gäste zu Fuß kann es manchmal anstrengend sein etwas zu unternehmen ,jedoch sagt dies nichts über Nathan und seine Angebote aus . weiterführend gab es Verständnis für eigene Makel und es wurde immer höflich wenn nötig appelliert an bestimmte Sachen die verbessert werden sollten. Als letztes will ich noch sagen dass ich jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen kann wenn man denn auch die Betten füllen kann, man kommt absolut auf seine Kosten und manchmal wird man sogar mal mit einem netten kalten Getränk von Nathan belohnt . Würde wieder dahin gehen wenn ich erneut nach Perth fahren würde. Danke nathan !

Excellent stay. The room was exactly what I was after. Nathan was full of good suggestions from public transport to tourist attractions. 100% would stay here again!

Staying at Amy's homestay made my first time experience of solo-travelling so much better. Hosts (Amy, Sarah, and Ian) were so friendly and welcoming, their presence was not the type that makes you uncomfortable (which I feared as an anxious girl travelling for the first time). There are a few tenants around too and they turn out to be really nice people to get along with. I also had the comfiest bed ever, the place is well-provided with essentials, it's clean, close to bus and train stations, and most of all, very affordable. I would really like to come again 🫶
