Holiday rentals with a patio in City of Perth

Marija had been very responsive and helpful. The accomodation is cosy and comfortable and we had great a great 2-night stay. It is just by the river and it is located conveniently to many supermarkets, malls and restaurants. Would love to come back again next time.

Sam’s place is located in a quiet and safe area. It’s clean and cozy, with almost everything we need for the short stay. Sam responded quickly too.

We really enjoyed our stay with 4 people. Such a great location near King's Park and the city, with an easy to get into car park. Spacious loungeroom with comfy couch, WiFi and great TV. The blow up mattress was supplied with a pump that worked really well for the 4th person. Air conditioning worked well. Good Kitchen facilities for a cooked breakfast etc. Our son was happy using the gym. Kirk was very responsive to our questions. Many Thanks for a great stay! 😊

Had a fantastic stay at Aleksandra Airbnb. The check-in process took some time as we had to figure out where to collect the keys and the carpark entrance is at an earlier junction but Aleksandra gave clear instructions, and communication was prompt and friendly throughout. The neighborhood was quiet yet conveniently located, with great cafés and shops just a short walk away. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Me, my husband and 3 toddlers spent 8 nights at Judy's place. We felt very much at home and cooked breakfast every morning. The kitchen has complete appliances and cutleries. The location of the apartment is very strategic. Very close to Kings Park, and only 10 minutes away to the city and Northbridge area (by car). Judy messaged to check on us after check in and before check out to make sure everything was okay. Would stay here again when we visit Perth next time.

Evelyn's place was a great place to stay. It was well equipped with all the conveniences you might need, clean, and in a great location. There's quite a good view from the balcony, including of portions of the Swan River. The building itself/some common areas are perhaps showing a bit of wear and tear. But it was still a very worthwhile stay.

Thank you to the host for providing us with such a cosy place to rest. Our children really enjoy the bath tub and the comfortable beds. We are also very touched at how thoughtful the host was as she thought of every small details. We love it here!

Great location and helpful host.

Sarah and Richard were wonderful hosts and their communication with us was excellent. They provided us with several recommendations for top quality cafes, restaurants and local attractions and this was very much appreciated. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our four day stay in this beautiful home and peaceful location. It is definitely a first class and beautiful spacious home with extremely comfortable beds. We would happily stay again if visiting in the future. Highly recommend.

Immaculate property in an ideal location. The hosts were friendly, responsive and easy to deal with. Very happy with our stay!

We were very impressed with our stay. The spaciousness, the lavish kitchen, the play area to entertain the 3 kids (2+,4,9yrs old). The main extra huge room was amazing! 1 room at L1 with toilet attached, 3 rooms at L2. (Main with toilet attached) The washing machine and dryer were very useful. Host even help replenish the napkins, kitchen towels n kitchen wipes as they ran out and it was greatly appreciated. It’s mins away via car or walking distance to Woolworths n Target & Coles Subiaco! Host is very responsive & helpful. Only issue was a pool of water near a pot of plant spotted when we checked in that we needed to clear up. The cleanse had over watered the plant. 2 feedback would be to clear the back of garage so as to better accommodate 2 cars in the garage. Another would be to provide more dining chairs as we have 8 pax (including children) but not enough dining chairs at the dining table. We needed to shift the one from the keyboard over and use 1 high chair (hard to eat)

Beautiful Apartment with easy acess to the CBD and Elizabeth Quay. The apartment was easy to locate and had good amenities! Will stay here again when we're back! Thank you Lyda and team :)

Check in and check out were seamless. The space was great and close to some good supermarkets, cafes and close enough to the sporting precinct in Floreat for a pleasant ride. Claire was very available and a great communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Anita was extremely helpful to me and made my stressful move to Australia a lot easier, she went out of her way to help me continuesly and always made me feel welcome, made a great effort to show me around and help me get set up with my bank, phone, gyms, long term accommodation etc etc. I would highly recommend anybody looking to move to to Australia to stay with Anita as I don't know how I would've managed everything alone, thank you Anita 😊

Great location, comfy bed

This place was exactly what my family and I needed whilst visiting Perth. Very close to local shops and restaurants! Exactly how Jules describes it and is definitely somewhere we will come again :)

Good location and well furnished kitchen, which is good for cooking. peaceful street as we are light sleepers.
