Sandy is an exceptionally friendly and informative host. There is a lovely park close by and good transport connections to central London. I spent four very comfortable nights here. Even in very hot weather sleeping wasn't a problem. The Snug is very compact and may not suit taller people.

What a beautiful flat! We loved staying in Yvonne’s flat. The location was perfect, just steps from Clissold Park and minutes to Stoke Newington Church Street. The flat was a great size and the garden outlook was lovely

A very cosy and comfortable hideaway in peaceful surroundings yet with easy access to the A3 if visiting south west London. Rian's comprehensive instructions made for a trouble free stay. We'd be very happy to stay again.

My daughter stayed at Radhika’s place while attending a course in Orpington at the Bromley Tennis Centre. She found the studio well located, clean and tidy and well equipped, and Radhika friendly and helpful. She would stay there again.

My parents came to visit and stayed at Jane's place for a month. It had everything they needed and if there was something else that came up over the weeks Jane was on it right away. She was EXTREMELY responsive and generous. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay! Thank you to Jane and her husband for everything! When they come back to visit I will surely be booking your place again.

Dana and Ben, were very warm and helpful. They suggested some great places to get food. The garden studio was so lovely, peaceful and private. Parking was easy on their drive. The BnB is opposite a lovely park.

A lovely little apartment, everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable bed, well equipped and stocked kitchen, good shower and spotless throughout. And a friendly dog to greet us too.

We stayed at Anne's accommodation for a week during June. The main reason for our trip was to watch the Cricket at Lord's Cricket Ground. The location was perfect, a 30 minute walk to the grounds. There are many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The accommodation itself was immaculate and comfortable. As stated in previous reviews, the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing, no problem with hot water or water pressure. Anne is a wonderful host. She is friendly and responsive at all times. she gave us some tips on places to visit. We were also lucky enough to meet the resident Great Dane, Lola. She too was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

A really great deal - Ratna's place was very private and had a real comfortable and cosy feel which was very homelike and inviting. It has everything you need for a long or short stay. Super easy to get to the train station as well as the shops etc. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Ratna x

Ask her anything—she’s full of great tips! The flat is spacious, spotless, and stylish, with a fresh scent and designer touches. Skylight in the kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances, comfy bathroom, iron, vacuum, and more. Despite the hot weather, opening both windows kept it cool. The neighborhood is peaceful, green, and perfect for morning walks. Shops nearby, and easy transport to central London via bus and Elizabeth Line. Would definitely stay again. Une petite perle ! Charmant logement, très british, très bien équipé, avec une literie super comfortable. L'environnement est très paisible, idéale pour se reposer. Nous voulions visiter les chateaux et manoirs du sud ouest de Londres et l'annex était merveilleusement bien située. De plus l'accueil de Gill est amical et ses conseils top. Je recommende vivement cette location.

Really friendly host and lovely place. Close enough to major tube stations. Place was warm and cozy and felt like home and not just isolated and staying somewhere foreign.

I stayed in the Grannery for a week to be close to my parents in Chislehurst. The location is perfect, a short walk from the train station and the beautiful village and all well serviced by local transport, in a quiet and beautiful road. The accomodation is amazingly stocked with a really warm feeling, I felt very much at home and had a lovely stay. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you 🙏

Mornings are especially enchanting: enjoy your coffee or breakfast outside, surrounded by birdsong and the occasional visit from friendly alley cats or even a curious fox. It’s a truly special place that feels worlds away from the everyday hustle. Highly recommended!

Trish was a great host. She put some food and drink in the fridge, which helped me a lot. I used tube and bus every day. The station and the bus stops are only few minutes walk from the place. The rooms were perfect fit for me.

This is a great little place. It is clean and cosy, has everything you could need and is perfect for single people/couples. John was very helpful throughout my stay and let me park my car on the drive which was very much appreciated! I would recommend.
