Watermark Lake House

Watermark Lake House is a custom-built and professionally decorated lakefront home, situated on the eastern end of Norris Lake. The home sleeps 12 people among four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Additional amenities include spacious living areas on two levels, covered decks, fire pit, 2 kayaks, and a private dock on the main channel. Private lake access is definitely the main draw to Watermark Lake House. Bring your own boat, rent from one of the local marinas, use of our kayaks.

Beautiful located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes to Maynardville, TN and only 40 minutes to downtown Knoxville. Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina are roughly 10-15 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the outside of the dock.

Old Southern - Lakefront - Dog friendly

Family and pet-friendly with gentle slope to the water. Old Southern Lake House sleeps 10 in our 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home. 3 king beds and 4 twin beds. The 2-acre property allows plenty of room for hammocks to be hung in trees, yard games, and socializing on the back porch or down by the boat dock. Cedar Grove Marina is across the cove and allows for ease of launching watercraft, refueling, and boat rentals. Bubba Brews and Beach Island Resort & Marina is less than 3 miles away.

Sitting on a hill, you will have 180 degree view of the Lake below, when the heat of summer is past, and the leaves have dropped. You won’t forget your adorable little “boat house” vaca! THE HOUSE IS FLOATING ON THE WATER & CAN ONLY BE REACHED BY WATER. You must either bring your own boat OR kayak OR rent a pontoon boat. Shore access can be via our SUP/kayaks once at the house. Please note there is no wifi. Lots of room to lay your heads, shower/change, and cook meals. All day water fun outside with kayaks, lily pad, & floats. Located at Powell Valley Marina in LaFolette! QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am

Lake Loop Retreat w/Movie Theater & Private Dock

This relaxing lakefront home is located in a quiet cove on Norris Lake and features a Private dock, movie theater, game table and retro gaming system with over 600 games. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, two gathering spaces, three large, covered decks, a large fire pit, and a driveway with enough room for your vehicles or trailer. Lakefront - Treehouse at Norris Lake

Stay at the Norris Lake treehouse. Short walk or golf cart ride on property to private boat ramp and dock. Water is currently dropped past the boat dock (read “Guest Access” for seasonal info). Hot Tub on main house deck open year-round for guests. 2 guests only. Hosts live in main house next to treehouse, but you likely won’t see them. Seasonal use of kayak, paddle board, paddle boat, & swim floats on site. Seasonal boat and jet ski rentals available at nearby marinas.

Serenity Cove 3 Bedroom Home on Secluded Cove

3-bedroom 2-bath lake front home built in 2018 with all new furnishings installed Fall of 2020. Enjoy your private 2.4 acres on a secluded cove (seasonal water*) with a 10 ft by 20 ft dock/swim platform. With the cove being so quiet it is great for swimming, using the peddle boat or the two kayaks provided with the home. The yard includes a fire pit and a picnic table located in a small grove to keep cool in the summer heat. Located near Lakeview Marina in Sharps Chapel.
