Grandcourt is a small, quiet and relaxing village located in the heart of the Eu forest in the Yeres valley with a small shop with a bread depot. Beautiful breathtaking walks await you with the Gr21. A reconstruction of a V1 ramp within 2 km. You can discover the Château de Eu, the funicular of the Treport, Saint-Valery-sur-Somme as well as the most beautiful market in France, Dieppe. In the area, sailing, horseback riding, fishing, pedal boat, along the coast... the Bay of Somme 35 km away.

Come and spend a quiet stay in the countryside in the heart of the Pays de Bray in Normandy. I welcome you to a newly restored gîte The cottage with its large garden is located 30 minutes from Dieppe (beach, casino) and 35 minutes from Rouen (city of art and history), a short walk to the Eawy forest and the green avenue reserved for pedestrians and bicycles. The city center where you will find shops and shopping malls is 10 minutes away. Possibility of self check-in for late hour.

Charming old half-timbered bread oven, located on the edge of the stream, it consists of: - Living room with a wood-burning stove, - Kitchen, - Upstairs: - shower/WC room accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), -bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed overlooking the stream, accessible by a miller ladder (see photos), Bedroom and bathroom do not communicate. Walks in the Eawy forest or on the Avenue Verte Paris-London (5 minutes away). Discover the local heritage (Château de Mesnières 5 min, Rouen 40 min by A 28, Forges-les-Eaux 20 min...). Stroll along the beach or taste seafood in a restaurant facing the port of Dieppe (30 minutes).

We were looking for a single-story, peaceful and unique house facing the sea to share sweet moments with family. We found it and it's called Vila Sepia, the sea as the only horizon. We decided to share our haven of peace when we are not there. Come and enjoy and admire the sea as well as the sunsets from our lovingly decorated interior, or from our large 1400 m2 garden.

Studio le Rosier

22 m2 studio in a Normandy farmhouse. Located between Le Tréport and Dieppe, close to the sea of Saint-Martin-en-Campagne (9 km), 10 km from Penly. The studio is equipped with a sofa bed, kitchen with stovetop, oven/microwave, fridge, TV and Wi-Fi. A bathroom + toilet. The rental of the property includes sheets. This Normandy farmhouse is divided into three cottages.
