Quartier calme. 1 pièce avec coin cuisine équipé, salon avec tv, wifi, canapé convertible, 1 chambre avec un lit double (140x190cm) et deux lits superposés (90x190cm). 1 salle de bain avec douche et wc. Logement idéal pour 2, possible jusqu’à 4 personnes maximum. Stationnement sur parking privé. A 900 m du centre ville et gare.

Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

Our cottage is quietly located in a private garden. Its 30 m2 terrace will allow you to enjoy panoramic views. Free parking. We have taken special care with the amenities and decoration for a cocooning atmosphere. 5 minutes' walk from the center of Guillestre you will find: all shops, cinema, restaurants, supermarket. At the gates of Queyras, Vars, Risoul, and Embrunais, its geographical location will give you access to an unlimited playground in summer and winter.

En été : possibilité de randonnées infinies dans la Clarée et les écrins, des itinéraires mythiques en vélo au départ de la maison ! Réservez votre séjour nature !

The Refuge

Apartment up to 6 people. This chic vacation apartment in the French Alps is equipped with all the modern comfort, but has the cozy ambiance of a traditional Alpine cottage. With a sweeping view, a Swedish wood stove, and a lovely terrace, this is an ideal home base for world-class skiing in the sprawling Serre Chevalier ski area, hiking, indulging in the historic hot-water springs at Le Monêtier-les-Bains, or exploring Ecrins National Park.

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From the beginning of December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done by hiking, about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

Découvrez notre jolie vallée de la Clarée dans ce logement pour 4 à 6 personnes refait à neuf au sein d'une grande maison de caractère située au coeur historique et classé de Val-des-près. Un environnement naturel qui vous offre une multitude d'activités. Profitez ensuite de moments de détente avec le sauna ( avec petit supplément) et notre bassin de natation avec jet ( en saison d'été).

South-facing and cozy cottage on wooded land. Access to parking, bathroom, mezzanine bedroom, small living room with equipped kitchen and sofa bed. 2-4 people max.
