Quiet neighborhood. 1 room with equipped kitchenette, living room with tv, wifi, sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and two bunk beds (90 x 190 cm). 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal accommodation for 2, possible up to 4 people maximum. Parking in private parking lot. 900 m from the city center and train station.

The apartment has a south-facing exposure with one of the best views of Briançon. The fortifications and the Cité Vauban are within walking distance, just 300 m from the apartment. It is close to all amenities, bakery, tobacco, restaurants, historic center, grocery store. The Serre Chevalier resort is accessible by car 1.5 km away and also by bus with the stop 200 m away. The apartment has a garage, very convenient especially in winter! Montgenèvre and Italy are 13 km away!

The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

Everything is there but you have to go: Attention access: Narrow mountain road in 4km land accessible with a rustic vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or lower-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From early December to the end of March, due to snow, the climb is only done on a hike on foot, allow about 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

Clarée Valley

The apartment is ideally located on the snow front of the Plaine des Alberts, which in winter benefits from very good sunshine. From the apartment, you will go directly on cross-country skis, snowshoes or on foot on the pedestrian tracks. For fans of downhill skiing, you can reach the resort of Montgenèvre by car in 15 minutes and you will be 10 minutes from the resort of Briançon-Serre Chevalier
