Holiday rentals with a kayak in Clarence River

what a lovely house..sarah was so helpful and kind..home was well equipped and some lovely welcome food and drinks on arrival..peaceful area but walkable to beach and as long as have a car can access loads of local towns etc within 30mins of the house..a real home from home ..and the birds on the terrace at breakfast were a bonus..highly recommended..one of our best air bnb experiences.. thanks again sarah

We loved our stay in Wadeville. The house has been beautifully restored and the hosts have done a great job of creating both indoor and outdoor settings where relaxation is key. The property has so much going on - the water hole, the sauna and ice bath (which we heated up for the night time!), and the farm animals were a delight. The beds were comfy, showers had good water pressure, and the location was incredible.

We had a wonderful stay at sans souci beach house @ red rock. Thank-you for providing such nice dog friendly accommodation that suited the whole family. Walking distance to beaches and the Corindi river estuary. Lovely mosquito proof outdoor room, basics in the pantry and plenty of cooking utensils. Fantastic place to escape and spend a few days relaxing in the outdoors.

Celebrated a birthday with some close friends, was an amazing place to stay. So close to everything we needed/ wanted to do.

Bridgette was more than accommodating, responsive and generous. Made everything so easy. We had a great stay. A great area to get out and about in and also super comfy to stay at home and cook a feast. Highly recommend.

Had a great time, it felt like a comfortable atmosphere. Plenty of room for family. And had great fun in rhe pool and bbq area.

We know this lovely area fairly well and had just cleared out our place nearby prior to settlement of its sale. Steve's place was a lovely place to stay after we had cleared ours out and it just suited our needs. We intend staying again as we will still be visiting close family in the area from time to time and Steve's place ticks all our boxes.

We had such a wonderful stay at Dave and Sallyanne's cottage. The little touches like a bottle of wine and marshmallows to roast made us feel right at home. The hosts were so friendly and provided us with local suggestions during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Andreas place was perfect for a little getaway. We needed somewhere to stay while at the blues festival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only problem was the pot holes in the streets from Bangalow.

The cabin was lovely. The photos give a good representation of the place. Everything was clean and modern with a nice feel to the place. Looking out over the green with the sound of the running creek nearby was peaceful. We lit a small fire in the fire pit but it didn’t last as after the rain our wood was a bit wet. It was a great spot for it. The trampoline, soccer net and cubby would be great for kids. Internet is a bit patchy at times but it didn’t really affect us. There were Alpacas that raced to the fence to see us several times, 2 hairy Scottish cows and a couple of friendly horses that we patted which added to our country experience. Killen Falls is a 5 minute drive up the road and it’s not far to Lennox Heads, Ballina or Byron Bay. We had a great 2 night stay.

We had a truly lovely and relaxing stay at this beautiful retreat – the perfect escape from the city. Kerry and Barry have created an idyllic place for guests to unwind and reconnect with nature.The property is teeming with wildlife – we spotted wallabies, water hens, ducks, and even caught a 45cm catfish in the lake! The serenity here is incredible. Amy discovered the lake sits at a crisp 20°C after falling in during a paddle-boarding attempt, but fortunately, the 37°C spa was the perfect way to warm up afterwards.Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to make your stay comfortable and memorable. We’re already looking forward to returning and can’t recommend this retreat highly enough!Thank you again, Kerry and Barry! Margret’s place is the true holiday shack, nestled on the creek with abundant bird life and the opportunity to kayak metres from the cottage. The location is amazing, a short walk to the beach and to the Hastings store for a fantastic espresso. Very comfortable and in a quiet neighbourhood, the most you can hear are the waves and the birds. Thank you Margret and Maria!

the stay was beautiful and we had a great time, so happy we were able to bring our dog and he loved it. Bonnie left very clear instructions for how to get in to the property (however i wasn't able to see the byron built signs mentioned), and how to checkout. check in and out process was smooth. the airbnb was immaculately clean and beautifully styled, perfect for a couples getaway. also props as it is very disability friendly. really great amenities available with a really well stocked kitchen, BBQ, and utensils. the surrounds and property were beautiful and backed onto a beautiful creek which wouldve been perfect for swimming if it had been sunny. only note is that it was described to be private/secluded. although we had no issues with it, the next closest unit was only around 50m away and when the people staying in the unit returned they were able to see into the lounge room of our unit quite well. very minor criticism as this didn't bother us at all.
