Holiday rentals with lake access in Clarence Valley Council

I had the pleasure of staying at Heather home for over 3 months while our home was being renovated under an insurance claim. Heather is extremely kind and was wonderful in accomadating our booking extensions each time, going above and beyond, to ensure we didn't have to move on until we could move home. Heather's home is beautiful and luxuriously styled, with all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, the surroundings were very peaceful with direct access to the river in your back yard, I highly recommend this property and host. I hope to stay here again in the future. Heather is a most generous, genuine and lovely woman, and an absolute pleasure to meet.

Awesome location, great place. Everything you want for a vacation stay

A really lovely quiet holiday retreat. We stayed 5 nights. It was ideal to explore surrounding areas in the morning (Grafton and the magnificent jacarandas, Ulmarra for a memorable lunch at the pub, the quaint Aussie/Scottish town of Maclean, the slow boat to Iluka) and then come ‘home’ to loll around the pool, delighting in the use of the BBQ and the best Yamba prawns. Easy to explore the beaches, eateries and colourful shops of Yamba. You will absolutely need a car to get around, there is plenty of room to park on the premises. We happily recommend this house and hope to one day return.

We had a fabulous few days at Bikini! The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well equipped to host 4 adults and 6 kids! The outlook was stunning and we especially loved the visiting dolphins most mornings! Thanks team!

Celebrated a birthday with some close friends, was an amazing place to stay. So close to everything we needed/ wanted to do.

Jodie has a great house situated at the very end of a Water Ski Lodge. While the location is about 20mins out of town the views and privacy are well worth any inconvenience. We were a group of 9 adults and found the house perfect for our needs. Its a very well maintained property with manicured gardens and very tasteful appointments inside. Lots of parking room for multiple vehicles and boats. The pool table and Gazebo were used each night & is a great place to relax. Lots of friendly wildlife around including water dragons, green tree frogs and a variety of birds. Highly recommend.

Marcus was an amazing host. We adored our stay in his beautiful comfortable home. Marcus was friendly and responsive and his home was very comfortable. The house has the most amazing view over the river and it was very peaceful. we appreciated Marcus's personal tour showing us the features and workings of the home. it perfectly suited us travelling as 2 small families for a Hockey Carnival. highly recommend.

This place is ideal for a couple. Lots of space, different areas for different moods, for example covered sunroom, lounge, kitchen etc. The place was absolutely spotless! I gave 4 stars for the checkin, because I had to go to LJ hooker in Yamba CBD to pickup/ drop-off the keys, but this wasn't a major concern at the end of the day. Overall great experience.

Enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and tidy with all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Location was great, close to the beach and a great walking pathway for kids to ride their scooters opposite the townhouse. The bowling club was a great place to eat which was walking distance. The pool was nice and warm and perfect for cooling off. I would recommend staying here. Nikki was responsive and gave clear instructions.

Beautifully presented accommodation, perfect for a quite beach getaway. Location overlooking the sand dunes and surf was magical. We were able to walk everywhere…. Wooli Wooli Cafe for great coffee, the bowls club for yummy Chinese dinner and the Wooli Boat hire for a couple of hours cruising Wooli Wooli River. We felt very at home in your gorgeous beach getaway Sally. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Jules and Carl were incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable from the first meeting at the premises. The accommodation was very clean and serviceable. We caught the courtesy bus to the hotel 10 minutes away and could have done the same to the bowls club but they closed early that particular day. We also caught the ferry across to Yamba 30 minutes and went to the Wobbly Chook Brewery. Overall we had a great stay and will return next time we visit Iluka.

Great place, great facilities and Communication.

We enjoyed our Winter stay at this beautiful apartment on the river in Yamba. It was only 8 minutes walk into town to the lovely cafes and restaurants and an extra five minutes up the hill to the pub and other restaurants. we had all we needed in the apartment and enjoyed sitting on the verandah watching the world go by. We went to the rock pools at Angourie, had a relax at a local day spa, had a return trip on the ferry, meandered along the river and ate some great food! Robs townhouse was super clean, comfortable, and everything was perfect. Thanks for a great stay! We will be back 🙂

What a find !! booked at short notice, lived up to its description, the gazeebo over ther river was fabulous. The place was spotlessly clean and the bed really comfy. The coffe machine was great as we're so many other bits a pieces for cleaning and showering that were complimentery. Directions and key box entry all very clear. Highly reccomend!!

Thank you Roy ! We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Roy’s Lakeside Stays Yamba for 2 nights. Myself, Alex & Yindi all felt very welcomed & comfortable- Roy has really considered his guests staying with a dog and it showed. The unit is very private/ own entry and is set out perfectly for ease and comfort. The bathroom is immaculate, the bed was very comfortable and the space was clean & fresh for our arrival. The second bedroom gave us extra space to unpack easily. Ceiling fan and aircon/ heater made the room very comfortable to sleep and the area is peaceful & quiet. The shops are less than 3 minutes from the unit which was very convenient and we could get anything we needed. Roy was extremely friendly and welcoming and an Amazing Host ! I highly recommend a stay at Roy’s. We will be back !

What a lovely place, beautiful surrounds. It’s a shame it was so wet we would have loved to check out the gardens etc as they looked gorgeous. First time at Emerald Beach and it didn’t disappoint. The hosts recommendations on eating out didn’t disappoint either. Overall fabulous ! Extra touches by the hosts were lovely also. Thank you for a great stay!

Absolute beachfront magic just as described! We loved staying in this home, and that’s what it was, a home!! Cozy, and had everything we needed to bbq, cook and chill out. Perfect base for surfing, hanging on the river, getting to the pub and right next to a cute little café! Couldn’t have been a better holiday! Cheers, Helen.
