I was so impressed with this stay. I had a few requests/questions and Kimia was very responsive and went out of her way to make our stay great. Location is awesome and there is an indoor bridge to get over to MGM Grand Casino/pool. The Signature pools were great, and we went over to the MGM Grand pool one day for the Lazy River. The monorail at MGM makes it easy to get around. The view was amazing, and the private patio was an awesome bonus. The front desk was also very helpful and accommodating. Very impressed with the entire stay and would absolutely recommend!

Jordan's place was beautiful! Everything looked new! The ac was great for hot Vegas! The shower was top tier! Loved it and would stay again.

Great location centrally located off the hustle and bustle of the strip but close enough to access it easily. Wonderful view as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Gabriel’s place, it was exactly what he described, he was very communicative and even accommodated to let us check in earlier. Free parking was a plus, didn’t have to worry about anything our stay. Ty Gabriel.🌟

This place was amazing—very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a great view. I had zero issues during my stay. The host was super responsive and easy to communicate with, and even allowed me to extend my checkout time, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time I’m in Vegas. Highly recommended!

The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming and comfortable. 5 Stars - A Perfect Getaway! This was our first time in Las Vegas, and staying at Christian and Mariana’s place truly made it feel like a home away from home. The villa was beautifully maintained, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway after exploring the city. We loved all the thoughtful amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms with high-quality linens, fast Wi-Fi, and a lovely outdoor space that was perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding. The attention to detail made everything feel effortless. Christian and Mariana were wonderful hosts—responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Vegas!

Our stay was great! America communications was amazing! The instructions were clear on how to get to the condo and it was super clean! Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen is super well stocked for anything you might need if you wanted to use the air b and b as a mini apartment away from home. It was peaceful, cute and clean. Instructions to get in were easy and clear and the neighborhood was really quiet and nice.

The resort is beautiful and quiet. We liked being able to park in the garage with close proximity to the elevators. We stayed in building 1 facing the pool. The room was nice with a comfortable bed, linens, and pillows. We loved having a washer and dryer in the condo so we could wash our clothes before traveling. We were in town for a family wedding so this was a great place to come back to for some peace and quiet.

This place was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I felt safe in the area. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities listed. Mayra was also very kind and responsive to my questions. She responds relatively quick. I would definitely stay again

Stayed here with my girlfriends for my 50th birthday. Great location! Close to everything and away from all the chaos. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. The only thing was the guy at the counter where they give you the wristbands at check in. He wanted to give me a "free" gift after I take a tour of the grounds the next morning. He would not take no for an answer and was very aggressive. After telling him no 4 times (!) I had to just grab the wristbands and leave. Not the fault of the host since its a time share, but just be aware. Highly recommended!

Great stay! So nice to be a block or 2 of the main strip, but close enough to walk to everything. Enjoyed the more quiet atmosphere without a casino & still a great location with a fun/relaxing pool! Great to have a kitchen/refrigerator/coffee maker etc. Would definitely stay again!!

Super clean, great kitchen, view of the sphere but far from actual MGM location — I went for a conference and was located at the complete opposite side. Otherwise felt at home! Also non smoking unit which was nice :)
