Wildlife is found in abundance, foxes and badgers roam and you might be lucky and spot red stags and hinds passing through. You will definitely hear the red stags roar in the autumn rutting (mating) season. You will not hear any road noise, only bird song. The pod is a star gazer's paradise, being in a dark sky reserve, with owls and bats flitting past.

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
