Evelyn House Studio features open plan living with creative use of greenery and shelves as a natural divider between cosy sleeping area and comfortable living space. The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill but there are regular buses and the hop on and off Sight-Seeing bus stops too. Sit out in the kitchen garden space with fruit trees trained up the trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Co-op and a Deli are a short walk away in the village.
