Ferrarotti is located in the southern part of Piedmont, in the Langhe district, about 20 minutes drive from Barolo. The area is known for its gorgeous scenery, wine, cheese, truffles, hazelnuts and the Piedmontese cuisine. The house is completely undisturbed, about 500 meters above sea level, with vineyards on all sides and a separate small vineyard with Dolcetto grapes. There is a heated pool with amazing views (infinity pool) and a large and lovely garden with several sitting areas.

Recently renovated, the apartment consists of a single room with wooden mezzanine. On the lower floor are located the living area and bathroom, while the mezzanine houses the sleeping area. The apartment is accessed by means of a metal staircase with two ramps, which ends on a small balcony, overlooking an internal courtyard.

Bigat is located in the centre of Castiglione Falletto, village in the heart of the Barolo wine production area. The apartment "il baco" is on two floors.
