Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Clay County

Last minute booking and Carla responded quickly. Place was so comfortable. Felt right at home. Decor was so nice. I would recommend her place to anyone looking to stay in Jacksonville. Especially if you have pets. I really loved it.

We had a very relaxing time. The bed was extremely comfortable and the condo had everything that we needed. It’s just a short distance to a variety of restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores.

I was in town for a work week and this property was just what I needed for small group. it was clean the price was affordable and it was conveniently located. I would book again

Great location to Reynolds Park Yacht Club, where we are renovating a yacht. Play smooth, very clean and had all amenities. We extended our visit for additional days. Post was very responsive and communicative. Will definitely stay another time.

What an amazing stay! Everything was just as described and more. My girls really enjoyed the space and the pool. Place was clean and comfortable. Nakita was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

I stayed at this listing for a month and felt safe and comfortable. The unit is a private suite connected to the main house, but you maintain total privacy with in-unit amenities. The space is perfect for one or two guests, and the unit is located for you to enjoy Fleming Island and Orange Park. Jackie keeps the bathroom VERY well stocked also! Of note- for guests working from home, the WiFi is not the fastest. There is a smell of tobacco as mentioned in a previous review, but we did not find it to be an issue during our visit. Thank you Jackie for the great stay!

The house is in a great location—peaceful and perfect for a quiet retreat. Alexandra and her hosting team were wonderful: very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay!

Hey, I'm not one to do surveys or yelp but it's was the reviews that actually made me make the decision to book this home. So I'm here to say, "Don't think about it, just do it!" We are from Hawaii and came to Florida for a high school graduation at Fleming Island. Back home we are all Ohana (Family). We get together, plan and help one another to prepare for an occasion or event. This home has far exceeded our expectation and I would like to thank both John & Andrea for giving us the opportunity to be a part of it. Upon our departure, I have reached out to our hosts and requests if they would allow us the opportunity to come back in three years. We have another graduation coming up. If you are looking for a home to stay, look no further. This is it :0)

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Gathering Place as we were in the area for a few days for our oldest grandson's graduation from a nearby high school. The home had a nice layout, was very well decorated and had a lot of amenities included: a completely equipped kitchen, a wide variety of coffees, a full compliment of spices (although we did not cook there due to wanting to sample the local cuisine), plentiful towels for both the bathrooms and the kitchen, extra bedding, such as comforters and blankets, a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided and even a stocked first aid kit, which I'm happy to say, wasn’t needed. It really felt like home! The four bedroom home was just the right size for the six of our out-of-town family members who stayed overnight there and the other three local family members who dropped in daily from nearby Orange Park. The large driveway and having access to the garage to park away from the searing sun were both pluses. Everything was as advertised.

I had a wonderful stay! The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and truly felt like a model home, unique, cozy, and full of charm. What stood out even more was the host’s responsiveness and patience. Although the platform made the booking process a bit difficult, the host guided me through every step and was incredibly helpful the entire time. Anytime I had a question, they responded quickly and kindly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend!

Had a great stay here. It was a very relaxing getaway and the pool was great! Enjoyed the shower and the tub as well! My family had a great time!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Great for a few days I stay there place was nice clean and very homey with the French accent. I will try to stay again this place.

Very clean large house in quiet area right by lovely park with walks along water features. Good response time to questions and requests. We only used front bedroom- mattress was very good. Furnished mostly with tasteful new furniture. Good location right below large shopping / restaurant area. Convienent to route 23 for getting around Greater Jacksonville area. Suited our needs very well!

I had an amazing stay at Missy and Scott’s place, I traveled for work and felt both at peace and right at home every evening I was there. They went above and beyond to ensure everything needed for a great stay was available, whether it be the basics such as laundry detergent or the fine details such as dimming lights in every location of the house. I would highly recommend anyone staying in the area to consider Missy and Scott’s place!

Nice place. The management company does not respond, but luckily the owner was on top of communication.
