This TINY studio is located in an old 4-unit apartment house, so there is some in-house sound transfer. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but not always. Memorial Hospital 3 blocks, Notre Dame 2.5 miles, downtown 1/2 mile. 8 minutes to SB Airport and 80/90 Toll Road.

ENTIRE HOUSE: Safe neighborhood in South Bend, 2.7 miles north of Notre Dame. Near the University Park Mall, Wallmart, grocery stores and restaurants. The living and dinning are open concept. There is an outdoor patio area. RV parking. Newer hard floors- no carpet. Stainless steel fridge, micro and oven. Mattresses protective covers. The king mattress is the firmest, the queen is memory foam and twin beds as well. No cleaning fee! Very convenient getting to and out of Notre Dame game day!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. Plenty of space in the large bedrooms, living room and dining room. This unit is part of a 4 plex and is above the shared garage. We have put a white noise machine in the master bedroom in case the garage doors are disruptive. They do make the floors vibrate...so don't be startled. :) We do welcome extended stays, so please message for potential discounts! Pets are negotiable, please message for details.

This was a cozy and comfortable home base for attending a conference at Notre Dame. The spiral staircase is as cool as it looks in pictures (but pretty tight in reality, just as a heads up to consider). And Anna was super friendly and helpful!
