Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

The place is neat and clean, closer to market and mall , bus stop is just infront of the unit. Joanne has been really helpful and responsive during the stay

Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

**Perfect Stay for Family Getaway** Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here during the Easter break. The apartment's great location offers convenient transportation and easy access to grocery stores/daily necessities. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with essential cookware and basic seasonings, making meal prep effortless. The space is thoughtfully designed - minimalist yet cozy, with every functional detail considered. The host provided prompt responses throughout our stay. Highly recommended as an ideal base for small families seeking a comfortable short-term retreat!

Our 9 day stay at Paul & Dan's place was excellent. The check in process was smooth and the appartment had a homely atmosphere. We needed an appartment which was spacious, as we have two busy toddlers, and this appartment fitted that requirement perfectly. The appartment was spotless and had amazing views. The building has a variety of amenities that are easily accessible. The infinity pool on the 9th floor kept the toddlers busy for hours. The parking space accommodated an 8 seater vehicle, which was great because not many parking spots in Melbourne can do so. Overall, this booking exceeded all of our requirements. Lastly, about the hosts, Paul, Dan & their teams interactions with us were smooth, friendly and accurate. Should the need arise, I would def book one of their listings again. Richard and Renata's apartment was absolutely fantastic, easily one of the best places we've stayed in Melbourne. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment itself was stylish, cozy, and fully equipped with all the essentials (and more!), making it feel like a home away from home. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for exploring while still being able to unwind at the end of the day. What really stood out was their communication; they were incredibly responsive, kind, and attentive to our needs, which made the whole experience even better. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Melbourne. A definite must-return!

Great location - walking distance to shops and public transport, yet quiet and peaceful. Property was spotless and accessibility from street to room was very easy, with a modern lift and flat pathways.

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

We had a great stay. The bed was super comfortable. It had a smart TV, really soft bath towels and I really loved the little powerful hair dryer. We also love staying at places that have a washer so we can pack lighter. It also has the extra bits and pieces like washing liquid, salt and pepper and toiletries if you needed them. Thanks again Yanyan, we loved it 🤩🤩

This apartment was lovely and quiet and in a very nice apartment block. It was great being walking distance from cafes and restaurants. Michael was a great host and responded really quickly to any queries and requests I had and was very helpful.

A beautiful apartment with spectacular views. In a great spot- easy to access coming in to the city and then very easy access in to all areas of the city. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our stay.

Henfry’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Melbourne. Henfry left clear instructions for parking, check in and the apartment’s amenities. We really enjoyed the pool! We had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others
